President Carol Dartenby peered out of her bedroom window at the crowd of protesters outside. within a few moments, several shots were heard, about a dozen people were on the ground and the crowd was running away, she grimaced and closed the blinds. these had been happening daily, she was just glad the guards did their jobs, she was thinking of having them replaced with the naginata warrior monks, but she would have to recruit several people, it was all a big hassle that she did not have the time to deal with.
the door knocked as three men entered.
" ah, General Takeda Shengin, Admiral Mori Tsushenargi and Air force commander Hojo Jozai Hiroshikyoto. please, have a seat, we have much to dicuss."
as the three men took their seats, Shengin began
" madam president, why aren't we doing anything, I know we are engaged in one war, but we need more to do!"
" I understand that, general Takeda, but we must tread carefully, we don't have millions of troops for no reason. I'll also need to go to congress to get another declaration of war passed, that'll be a pain in the ass."
Mori spat out " I have six aircraft carriers waiting for service to the slavery cause, madam."
" only six, I thought we had more! now, general Jozai, how many planes do we have total?"
" a lot m'dam, enough to blanket the sky in potatoes."
"I-I'm sorry, where do spuds come into this conversation?"
" I apologize, I meant power, now I propose we load up two carriers worth, and how many of the VLHOPs do we have in service?"
" only three, but they have the firepower of nearly 5 of our carriers, would you like one?"
" no, three carriers and 21 destroyers will do, we shall sail towards them and bomb them to pieces."
a man rushed into the room.
" the war is over!"
the three men and one woman stood up, surprised.
" what do we do now?"
" we'll have to simply go back to our buisn- hey where are you going?!" the president stood up and watched as Mori left the room in a hurry, turning back, he spat out
" I want a war to happen dammit!"
the remaining three people looked at each other with looks of confusion and fear.
