We give great and extensive services so that people are happy that they choose us over other airlines and other forms of travel.
Whilst In The Airport
You may have to wait a while in the airport there are many activities and entertainment, we want everyone to be safe and enjoy their flights. We ask that you follow our rules, and please don't be disruptive.
Pay-Backs And Cancellation
If your flight does/did not go as planned you can ask for a refund. Your money will be fully refunded in two weeks at most. If someone is late to their flight their money will not be refunded. If you have any other questions please contact us by email or phone.
Children Travelling Alone
If your children are travelling alone, we ask that they be over 6 years old. When you order the child's ticket you decide on what services they will receive. All children receive a Children's bag containing coloring books, and other activities. We have many entertainment services to help your child through the trip.
During the flight our crew will keep an eye on your child, and make sure they are comfortable.
Pets
Service dogs are allowed in the cabin, other pets are kept in our pet storage section and count as extra luggage.
Baggage
Passengers can have one carry-on bag, and one other item like a book or laptop.
Economy Class
Sit back in your generously sized seat and soak up the superb inflight entertainment. Or make use of the powerpoints that feature extensively throughout economy to listen to your CDs, watch your DVD player, work on your laptop or recharge your mobile phone's batteries.
