Confiserie Forlinois began in 1837 when Marquis Lecheval, a nobleman from the Alpes-Maritime area of Forlini and an avid lover of culinary, founded a tea-room intended for the enjoyment of pastries and exotic teas from distant lands. Soon, it was quickly frequented by the Forlinian upper class, most notably King Edouard IV and his wife Princess Madeleine. Over time, these tea-rooms became more popular to all social classes of Forlini and are now considered one of the symbols of Forlinian culture. Confiserie Forlinois, in particular, proved to be the most popular and has since evolved into a full-fledged company and a trusted choice for authentic Forlinian high-tea traditions.
Confiserie Forlinois is known for its fine macarons, decadent pastries, flavourful teas as well as delightful and vast selection of cakes. Most of the recipes of our products date back to our founding year of 1837, and have been carefully maintained to preserve the original flavours that made Confiserie Forlinois the number one choice for authentic Forlinian high-tea traditions.

Un Jardin de l'Imperatrice
We have three types of outlet; Un Jardin de l'Imperatrice or a garden of the Empress, which is wholly situated outdoors except for the kitchen and restrooms. It has a relaxed atmosphere with carefully arranged seating and meticulously decorated surroundings. This type of outlet provides patrons a sense of being at a royal garden party.
Un Jardin de l'Imperatrice has a seating capacity of 50, but can be custom-made following your demand.
Salle a Manger Royale
The second type of our outlet is the Salle a Manger Royale or Royal Dining hall. This type of outlet is a full two-story building constructed in rococo architecture. The building consists of a main restaurant on the first floor and private dining rooms on the second floor. The whole outlet is outfitted with rococo furnishings to evoke a sense of being transported back to the early years of Confiserie Forlinois. It has a seating capacity of 80, with possible customisation.
La Carrosse
The third, and the most numerous of our outlet types, is La Carrosse or the stagecoach. This type of outlet consists of a sale counter in the shape of a stagecoach. Perfect for airports, atrium of shopping centres, plazas and even streets. The stagecoach is usually staffed by two persons, and the sale of our merchandise at this outlet is restricted to only macarons.
