Therefore, the Combat Deployment Division of Voss Defence Inc., in consultation with the Financial Department, has determined that your nation would be unable to afford the services of the complete amount of units specified about for any reasonable length of time; even if they were available for said deployment.

Therefore, in light of this fact, Voss Defence Inc., presents your nation with the following recommendation; either you may choose to purcahse the service of one [1] platoon of Voss Special Force soldiers, or you may alternatively purchase the services of another one of our ground-force regiments.

Finally, to complete a new order, V.D.I. requires several details from your nation regarding the nature and duration of the deployment. The first detail required is a rough outline of the mission that the customer will require V.D.I's employees to perform. Thus, without any further ado, I am pleased to announce the formation of the Voss Defence Deep Strike^TM Special Forces Division.

V.D.I personal are already provided with some of the world's cutting edge equipment and are also trained to a degree that severely outclasses many national armies around the world. The new Deep Strike^TM Division however, utilizes this winning combination of skills and gear in combination with a powerful third factor; years of combat-experience in some of the world's most dangerous and depraved locales. Sourced both internally, from Voss Defence's most experienced Regiments, as well as externally, from Special Operation regiments in foreign nations. The Deep Strike^TM Special Forces Division shall consist of only two companies of soldiers, only one platoon of which is typically permitted to be deployed to any one location at any given time.

As to our continued discussions partaining to a contract with a HVT which, for securities sake, we will not disclose the name of and refer to as Cigar. We would require a security team for a walled complex of two buildings in the mountains of our country, preferably ten to fifteen men with heavy equipment. A second team, for close protection, will number two to three undercover people who would be required to wear weapons under their jackets. Vehicles will be supplied and residence is already on site. Term of employment will be twelve months prior to renewal if service is satisfactory.

Cigars protection is vital, as is his identity remaining a secret. While the mercenaries will undoubtedly come to find out who Cigar is, we request that contracts be signed in where they are forced to maintain the secrecy of Cigars identity.
