Prisoners for Sale!

Hello, folks! Sunkistodia has recently decided that instead of spending so much on prisons, we shall completely wipe them. We have 3,000,000 prisoners, of all ethnic groups, races, sexes!
You must buy a minimum of 10,000 at a time; this is to prevent excessive shipping costs; which there will be plenty of. We do not care what use they will serve, what country they go to. We must get rid of them, though.
As to the specifics;
1,252,635 women 18+
137,452 women 17-
1,436,363 18+
173,550 17-
They are all in decent shape, due to the prison's servitude claus, that mandates 9 hours of labour per day. Prices are negotiable, and will be paid in full in any currency.

We are not entirely sure what portion of the budget this would fall under, but since we plan to force the prisoners to work off their sentences in the military, we'll book in under our considerable defense fund. lobbied the shit out of us gave us generous incentives to purchase these prisoners. We offer 32 billion for them all.

OOC: Yeah, that actually makes sense. Maybe also limit the amount of prisoners that can be bought at once to keep this thread going longer than one purchase.

Pah! The Excidian Military has a $2 trillion Credit annual budget, equivalent to NS$ 4 trillion. Of that, 3 trillion is booked for maintenance and wage expenses, and the rest is ours to spend. We've only spent 1.4 billion of that on 1 million liters of acid and 4 million slaves, so we have NS$ 998.6 billion to spend.
