Mainly, Kafrad is agricultural, as it is situated on the warm shores of Inland Sea and has no mountains and extreme hills. That's why we doesn't allow any of other countries to explore our small hills.
But as we have a lot of free space, we can sell you some for a farm estate or something else. However, there are some restrictions for the farm size.

1. The big Derptgrad West Farm Estate - today is, probably, the biggest farm estate in Kafrad. Total: 34/150 acres. Best grown: grapes, corn, wheat, all animals.
2. North Kafrad - the northern area. Total: 4/30 acres. Best grown: sugar and tobacco.
