Welcome aboard to AirElectrum, where our motto is "Discover the World"

Joint airline partners of the Games of the X Olympiad with Ceniana

At AirElectrum, we strive to connect citizens of the world together through our hub at Centralis International Airport. Our motto is to "Discover the World", and what better way to travel than with AirElectrum in luxury, comfort and privacy. We cater to all different price ranges from our comfortable economy class to the luxurious first class to make sure you get from A to B. Our hub city is the newly refurbished Centralis International Airport in Electrum's capital Centralis. We aim to connect the world through flights and sport, with our sponsorship deals to the world's largest sporting tournaments.

We are proud to be the joint official airline partner with Ceniana for the Games of the X Olympiad, to be held in Centralis, Electrum and Nassau Bay, New Gelderland. We will be flying to Centralis whilst New Gelderland is serviced by Ceniana. Both airlines will provide a joint code-shared service with flights between the two nations

Our Promise to You

We are Electrum's flagship carrier (but privately owned) for the whole nation. We aim to fulfil the very highest of our customer's expectations, and within these expectations will be these promises which are guaranteed every time you fly with us.

1. We're here to help
We are always here to assist you if you have any troubles related to travel with us or our partners. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day. You can call us by dialling 20 20 20 within Electrum or by dialling our customer service representatives internationally. In addition, there are also customer service desks present in all of the airports we operate in -- they are found next to the check-in counters. This ensures that your flights will go as smoothly as possible, and if there are any problems that arise, our staff would be more than willing to help you out.

2. Safety First
There is no compromise when it comes to safety. We will do everything in our power to reduce inflight incidents or accidents. With state-of-the-art maintenance facilities in Centralis, you will be sure that our planes are one of the safest in the world. Our pilots undergo check piloting every year on each accredited aircraft type they fly to ensure that they are performing the correct procedures.

3. On time, every time
This is a promise to get you and your baggage to your destination on time, so that you have the maximum amount of time to relax, or so that you can make your meeting on time. We aim to get more than 90% of flights to be on time, which is an ambitious standard in which we hope to achieve. This will be done through quick and efficient turn-arounds at Centralis to ensure clean aircraft as well as punctuality.

4. When things do go wrong...
Although we promise to get you to your destination on time, we acknowledge that due to weather conditions or events that are out of control that we won't be there on time every time. In the event that this occurs, AirElectrum are willing to pay out of our pocket to reschedule flights, including with different carriers, hotel accommodation, food expenditure and more.

Delays/Cancellation Policy: We will endeavour to call you/text you at your phone number or email you at your given email address and advise you of a cancellation or delay when the information becomes available. If your flight is cancelled, we will make sure to place you on alternate services to get you where you need to go. If you are scheduled for an extra day, we will also provide free accommodation, transfers and meals.

Delayed Baggage: We will provide you with an essentials bag full of the essentials for basic living until we track your luggage. When found, we will send you your baggage at our cost. Contact a service representative if this happens to you.

5. We care for the environment
At AirElectrum we understand that every time you fly, you are contributing to the emission of carbon dioxide. We are trying our very best to be as efficient as possible to make sure that flying planes does not come at a cost to the environment. Customers may pay for a carbon offset to pay the amount of carbon dioxide they have consumed while flying, but this is optional. AirElectrum endeavours to use the latest technology in aviation (including new plane models) to have higher fuel-to-passenger efficiency as well as green energy initiatives at our locations (including in terminals or at our boarding lounges).

6. Community is priority
AirElectrum recognises that we cannot function without the community, so we will give back wherever we can and ensure trust between the community and our airline. We are a major supporter of sports as well, and recognise their usefulness in keeping the community safe, healthy and happy. That is why we sponsor major multiverse tournaments, and give free flights for those tournaments. It is our commitment to the community.

History

AirElectrum is a newly established airline. In 2011, the airline was going through a planning phase until operations were approved in 2012. Since then, the fleet has been ordered, pilots trained and air attendants were hired. In 2014, we are ready to open the airline. The airline is managed by the commercial subsidiary of the Civil Aviation Authority, which administers air travel services and more in Electrum. We aim to be a future world carrier and hope that customers make Centralis Airport their number one place to have a stopover/transfer. In 2015, we relaunched and rebranded our online page, so that the website is easier to use, and is more aesthetically pleasing. We also introduced flights to domestic locations within Electrum including the major centres of Agri, Hamilton, Prescott, Port Grenville, Fairleigh, Pinkerton, Warburton and Kale Island. We also cater to regional destinations with our fleet of Regional AirElectrum planes.

Maintenance Wing
AirElectrum is an airline that aspires to be as efficient as possible, but also prioritizing safety. The Maintenance Wing is responsible for making the airline run as efficiently as it can by reducing reliability concerns in the first instance. The engineers in the Maintenance Wing are all CAA accredited and are background checked by AirElectrum before being able to fix problems. Our workforce is skilled and attentive to what the plane needs.

We focus on technological development and constant renewal. Whenever a passenger spots a problem with the plane, the plane is taken for a quick maintenance to fix the issue at hand (including entertainment, seat not working, etc.) It is in this way we can ensure maximum happiness from our customers every time.

Freight
AirElectrum provides both domestic and international freight. We are able to transport huge quantities of product to and from Electrum, and we are contracted by the government to export gold, silver and uranium to places around the world. We also provide three tiers of services as well for importers/exporters, from express, priority and finally general. You are assured that we will take the utmost care of your cargo as we understand that imports and exports help the commercial industries of Electrum and your country. AirElectrum secured a massive deal in 2015, where oil, gas and gold exports acquired from the Electrum-Quebecois mining consortiums would be exported through AirElectrum.

Travel Advice

There are a lot of things to prepare before you fly. Make sure you check this page to make sure that you are fully ready to fly.

Customs and Passport Control Requirements

Every nation in the multiverse has their own customs and passport requirements. Be sure you check them out before you fly. Make sure you go to the country's official page to find out more. Regarding Electrum, there are a few goods which are restricted access on all Air Electrum planes into Electrum. You do not require a visa in Electrum if you are transferring, however, if you are leaving the airport, you do need a passport and a valid visa.

Entry into Electrum requires a visa and a passport. The visas can be done beforehand at your local Electrum embassy/consulate or can be done online. Otherwise, visas can also be applied at the airport. In general, Electrum encourages tourists entering, and therefore very rarely rejects a passenger. Those with past crimes (jail time of more than 5 years) in their home country are immediately rejected entry into Electrum if they apply for the visa at the airport. Those with past crimes are required to contact their closest Electrum embassy or consulate to explain why they want to enter before being issused a visa. This is to ensure that Electrum does not allow violent criminals to enter the country. Identification and entry procedures are handled by the Electrumite Department of Immigration.

Passengers in transit are not required to obtain a visa, unless if they want to exit the airport to travel and sightsee. One-day visas are also available at the tour desks at the Immigration Control area.

First Timers

Before departure, you should know that air travel is the safest form of transportation. The industry is highly regulated and our planes undergo maintenance by our accredited engineers. We will never jeopardise your life under any circumstances. Before going to the airport, make sure you have a ticket and also bring your passport (for international travel). Travel Insurance is also recommended, should things go wrong during the journey abroad. Make sure to check your baggage before you fly. There are baggage allowances per passenger every time you travel, and make sure you don't go over it, lest you want to pay the excess baggage fee. Also consider to bring your medication as well as keeping up to date with immunisation. Foreign currency and extra baggage are considerations as well.

When you check in, you will require a passport and ticket. When you receive your boarding pass, it will show you your gate number and also your seat number. Pay attention to these details so you know exactly where to go. Remember your baggage receipts as well. Before you get to the gate, you will need to pass through security and also immigration/customs for international flights. This can involve sniffer dogs, metal detectors and x-ray machines. After that, comes duty-free shopping, where things that are bought here are tax free. Make sure you keep track of the time of boarding so that you don't delay the plane. The plane may leave without you if you take too long.

Finally, when you are board you will be directed to your seat. Meals will be given on flights that take more than two hours to complete. We will also provide snacks and refreshments on request. All of our seats on international flights contain seat-back entertainment systems and they will be sure to entertain you. On arrival, if you are transferring, make sure you find one of our transfer agents for more information. If not, you should collect your baggage at the baggage claim and move towards customs and security, then you have arrived at your destination.

Documentation
You will have to handle several documents throughout your journey with us. We will explain each one in greater detail here.
  • Ticket - When you book and pay, a ticket will show your proof of purchase. It makes clear of the destination and times of departure/arrival. Make note. You will need this when you check in.
  • Passport - A travel document that provides information about you.
  • Arrival Form - On arrival into Electrum, if you intend to leave the airport (i.e not transfer) you must have an arrival form, which includes details about your stay and declaration about what you have brought in. This is given to you in the plane on all inbound flights to Electrum. Similar nations have this requirement, and you will also be given their forms on the inbound flight.
  • Identification - If you are travelling domestically, all that's required is a ticket and some form of identification. You do not need a passport, although a passport can be used for identification.
  • Visa - Stamped on your passport (or electronically added to your e-passprot), allows entry into whatever country is stated. Make sure you obtain a visa before you travel, or if it is allowed, get the visa from your port of arrival. In Electrum, it is possible to gain a visa upon entry, but for criminals who have served jail time, it is best to first talk to the nearest Electrum embassy to get your visa.

Electrum Customs and Passport Control

The Customs service of Electrum protects Electrum is the statutory authority which protects Electrum from pests, bacteria and diseases which could potentially be harmful to Electrum's ecosystem. Customs is a subsidiary of the Civil Aviation Agency. Customs are also in charge of issuing importation taxes on certain items. Finally, they also prevent the importation of other dangerous goods such as guns, fireworks, etc.

These goods are regulated under the various schedules of the Civil Aviation Agency Act 1946. Customs checks are after immigration control in Arrivals, and also on entry to the terminal area after Check-in for Departures. On the plane to Electrum, all passengers will be given a declaration slip to fill out, with passengers required to make declarations on where they are staying and what goods they are bringing in. These goods are organised into schedules. Schedule A goods are absolutely prohibited and if caught, arrests will be given. Schedule B goods must be declared, and may be seized. Schedule C goods are subject to taxation before importation. The various schedules are listed below:

Schedule A
Firearms
Fireworks
Lighters
Regardless if you declare or did not declare, you will be arrested.

Schedule B
Sharp objects on carry-on (seizure, departures only)
More than 150mL liquids in clear bag
Objects that can distress other passengers (departures only)
Organic plant materials
Artifacts without importation/exportation permits
Meat and fish products
Dairy products
Illicit Drugs (Ice, Ecstasy, Mushrooms, Synthetics, LSD, Heroin and others)

If you declare, then goods may be seized depending on risk levels. If you did not declare, goods may be seized depending on risk levels but you will also be fined. Non-declaration of drugs and sharp objects onto planes may also lead to arrest.

Schedule C
Recreational Drugs (Marijuana and Opium only)
More than 50 Cigarettes
More than 250mL of alcohol per passenger

If you declare, then goods will be taxed at the appropriate level. If you did not declare you will be fined and taxed as well.

Flights

AirElectrum serves nations all throughout the multiverse, and desires to connect destinations to each other through it's hub at William Garter International in Centralis. The following is a table of all available flights and destinations through which you can use our network. Codeshares are on a separate list, and chartered/temporary flights are on a different table as well. Each flight to a destination is a pair, with the odd number being the outbound service (from Electrum) and the even number being the inbound service.

For all flight information, please visit this link

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is available for those who request it via the airline. Our insurance will cover a variety of things including multiple flights, round-the-world trips, singular holidays, cancellation and baggage insurance and comprehensive coverage. Make sure you choose the insurance that is right for you.

Multiple Flights/Trips
This is ideal for the business traveller or frequent flyer. Buy this insurance for a 12 month period and it will include every travel within those 12 months. It will cost 1,200 Synergy.

Comprehensive Coverage/Singular Trips
This is ideal for the holidaymaker and for families going on a single trip in or out of Electrum. It also guarantees everything as well, including emergency housing or access to health services when things go wrong. It will cost 350 Synergy.

Cancellation and Baggage Insurance
This is ideal for those looking to keep down costs. This insurance only covers costs associated with cancelled flights and lost baggage. We will compensate you based on the estimated value of your baggage/the accommodation that you will need. It will cost 100 Synergy per return flight and will be added onto the ticket price.

Transfers

We get that more often than not, there aren't direct flights to where you need to go, therefore we have decided to make transfers available. Although transfers will cost an extra 5-20 Synergy within Electrum, it is ideal for those who need to get to their destination as fast as possible. We have transfer guides which will show you where you need to go once you leave the aircraft upon arrival.

Baggage Allowances

Please note, at selected airports, check-in can be done online/in terminal without a check-in guide. There is a baggage drop to facilitate this form of checking in, but make sure that everything is weighed correctly and within the guidelines. Talk to the customer service representative to pay for over-allocated luggage. You will get a ticket with a barcode which can be scanned by the baggage drops to add more kilograms. The baggage allowance is different for the four tiers of travel, and each class within them also has different baggage allowances. Check this guide for more information. All check-in luggage is 7kg per person, no matter what tier or what class. Please note that this is baggage per person. There is a piece limit for domestic flights and long haul flights.

Special Requests

AirElectrum is happy to comply with any special requests that you may have. Talk to one of our lovely flight assistants on the air, or talk to one of our customer service representatives who will be more than happy to accommodate to whatever request you may have. Here is a list of options of special requests that customers can ask for -- so we can prepare your journey.

Travelling as a minor
Minors who are under sixteen years old are allowed to travel by themselves with AirElectrum. Make sure you request this before booking so we can ensure that they get a bank of seats to themselves and have special treatment from the flight attendants. Our attendants will also guide them through the customs process/immigration control at whatever country they land in, and will accompany them all the way until they reach their destination and exiting the terminal.

Disability and Service Dogs
As a matter of course, we do not allow pets on the cabin of the plane. They must travel separately in containers which are held somewhere else, so that they don't damage the plane/affect those allergic to them. A special exemption however is allowed for service dogs, which can travel with the person who they are travelling with, provided that they don't block the aisles and are toilet-trained.

Wheelchairs
In cases where a person requires the use of wheelchairs, there are two options. If they do not require a wheelchair, and can use the airport-issued one, then they can submit their personal wheelchair into check-in at no additional cost. If they require the special wheelchair throughout the entire journey, they are allowed special treatment onto the plane first, where they are moved from the wheelchair to their seat. Then, the wheelchair is stowed away in a special cabin until arrival. Once most of the passengers have deplaned, the wheelchair is wheeled back out and the passenger may continue on their journey.

Impaired Vision/Hearing
Those who require mobility assistance will have a designated flight attendant to travel with them, even guiding them through customs and passport control until they reach their destination. For those who have impaired vision, the same treatment will be given to them as well. For those who have impaired hearing, we ensure that every entertainment system has subtitles and also our staff will assist you. TTY systems are also available inflight and on the ground.

Inflight Assistance
All of our planes have buttons at the top, next to the light console to request assistance. It is an orange dot which will light up when you need help. Our attendants will go as soon as possible to assist you with whatever you may need. There is also a control for that on the back-of-the-seat entertainment system as well.

Checking In

There are several ways to check-in, whether online, on the phone, in the self-check in at the terminal or at our check-in desks. The last two options are available for international flights, whereas all four are available for domestic flights.

Online or on the Phone
Within 24 hours of your flight, up to an hour before the scheduled flying time, you can check-in online with your itinerary number. You will then access a special page containing your boarding pass with all the important details marked. Print off these details or save it on your phone (available in photo or PDF format). Make sure you then go to the bag drop and drop of your luggage before boarding. Be sure to collect your luggage receipts, as well as attach the stickers onto your baggage clearly showing the destination (making sure to remove prior stickers). If you don't have check-in luggage, proceed directly to your gate.

Self Check-in
It is the same as above, except you will be checking in via a kiosk, and then using the bag drop. If you are travelling internationally, you will need to scan your passport and make some declarations as well before going to security. It will print out your boarding pass on the spot before you travel. If you need to drop off your bags, follow the instructions above.

Staff Check-in
Simply line up and check-in. Our staff will ask you questions and will tag your luggage and print your pass for you. They will circle any information that is useful on your boarding pass. Passengers who are Frequent Flyers or are going to Business/First class have a special queue just for them. They have prioritized access to checking in including at customs and special boarding lounges at select locations.

In the Airport

This section will provide you information about the various services that we conduct in the airport.

Security
Due to increased security clearances, it now takes longer to get through security. To make sure you aren't late, ensure that you get to the terminal well in advance. We will provide information here with tips on how to get through security as smoothly as possible.
  • Pack your own luggage and do not carry things for other people
  • Carry valuables/medications/etc. on your carry-on luggage so that it doesn't get lost
  • Do not bring any prohibited goods.
  • Take off your belts and shoes when entering. Remove your laptop and separate it from your bag through the x-ray machine.
  • Things that are very sharp and can be used to stab someone must be checked in and not put onto carry-on.
  • Put all fluids in a clear bag

Shopping
There is lots of duty-free shopping that is available, but remember some goods (see Schedule C goods) are eligible for taxation within entry into Electrum. Remember to consult those guidelines. Duty-free shopping in terminals all around the world often sell goods which are tax free, so make sure you save your money before you get to the airport, or you may miss out on some deals.

Lounges
The SkyClub boarding rooms are available for use throughout the world for frequent flyers and for those who travel on business or first class. Relax and rejuvenate while you wait for your plane, and in some airports, you can board directly from the lounge. For more information about our lounges, read below. These lounges also contain meeting rooms for business travellers who like to conduct business on the go.

Connections/Layovers/Stopovers
A connection agent will be present at every international arrival to assist those who are transferring. They will then be escorted to the appropriate area and all of the relevant documentation for their luggage will also be done as well.

Boarding
Make sure that you get to the gate on the boarding time shown on the boarding pass. This is approximately 30 minutes to an hour before the actual time of departure. Boarding will happen in groups. The first people to board will be those travelling on first class, business class or have are a frequent flyer. The next people to board will be people with a disability or special needs. Families will then follow, and then finally everyone else will be allowed to board.

Onboard

Plane journeys can be pretty boring, though it doesn't have to be with AirElectrum. Whether you want to be entertained, or you want to eat or whether you want to relax, we have it all.

Inflight Entertainment
Have fun with our inflight seat-back entertainment systems on all flights with AirElectrum in both domestic or international flights. All flights will have this on-demand entertainment system from the moment you board until you arrive. Children are also able to access 100 games on the seat-back system, with the remotes also doubling as controllers. The games system allows for head-to-head competition between children on different seats and also against a computer. Our movie selection exclusively comes from Paladin Cinemas and will always come with new release films as well as old favourites. Check them out below. We also offer music and podcasts as well.

To be announced

The AirElectrum seat-back system has access to music from all around the world with 6,000 tracks from your favourite singers. We won't list all of them, but we will list the podcasts that are available for listening. These podcasts are reserved for discussions into various topics. They are very insightful.

AirElectrum is proud to announce the frequent flyer service which will reward customers for loyalty to the airline. Points will be accumulated based on how many miles are flown, how many dollars/synergies are used when booking with the airline and also points will be earned on partner airlines/codeshares. Enjoy the benefits of membership including free upgrades, choose your seat, stand-by seats on last minute flights, access to lounges before departure and on arrival and much, much more. There are four tiers of Frequent Flyer: AirElectrum Club, Silver Tier, Gold Tier and Electrum Tier. The special currency the frequent flyers of AirElectrum uses is called SkyMiles.

Everyone starts at the bottom in AirElectrum Club. Sign up takes 5 minutes and to move up the tiers, you must also accumulate SkyCredits. SkyCredits are what's needed to move up. An hour worth of flying or 800km is equivalent to 20 SkyCredits, with that amount being doubled for business class, and doubled again for first class. You must have 150 credits for AirElectrum Club, 300 for Silver, 700 for Gold and 1500 for Electrum. Once you reach that level, your credits will expire in 12 months from the time of flight. To retain your membership, you must continue flying. You must have at least 100 credits for AirElectrum Club, 250 for Silver, 600 for Gold and 1,200 for Electrum to retain your membership.

Each tier has it's own benefits which are listed below:
Preferred Seating
Seat Selection
Priority Waitlist
Additional Baggage Allowance
One Entry into our Lounges worldwide

As above and:
Full access to AirElectrum/Partner Lounges worldwide
Priority telephone access
Priority Check-in
Free Upgrades where available

As above and:
Priority Seat Purchase and Selection
Priority Boarding
Priority Security Checks
Additional Baggage Allowance (even more)
Shared Frequent Flyer Membership

As above and:
Dedicated Support from AirElectrum Staff
More Access to Family Members
Exit Row Seating

Earning SkyMiles

Earning SkyMiles is a very easy thing to do. All you need to do is just fly! Make sure to quote your card number so the points can be added into your account. An hour worth of flying or 800km is equivalent to 300 SkyMiles. Additional points are earned when you go to a higher class (business or first class). Double points are earned in business class, and triple points are earned in first class. Points can also be accumulated by spending it on our insurance services, car rental, hotel bookings and any other things bought on the plane. Every dollar spent will equal 4 SkyMiles as well.

Using SkyMiles

The SkyMiles can then be converted in what is known as rewards where points are exchange for tickets on a flight. An hour worth of flying or 800km is equivalent to 8000 SkyMiles. To reward our customers, it only costs 1.5x to buy a seat in Business Class and 2x to buy a seat in first class. There is also a Points+Pay system where you can pay partially in points and pay the difference in money as well.

Our Lounges

AirElectrum Lounges (SkyClubs) are available at the following locations:

AirElectrum is proud to support their Commercial and Airline partners. Here are the links to their websites, and a short description of what they do. If your company wants to sign up to be a partner, please apply below.

Commercial Partners

iStudio

Collection of onboard entertainment, such as music, video on demand, movie, news on AirElectrum aircraft.

Travel Cost

TravelCost would like to work with many Airport/Airline companies to create a lovely website called TravelCost. TravelCost is a website where you can find cheap holidays at the best of prices.

DrinkAde Soft Drinks Inc.

They are a supplier of soft drinks (which contains prizes and other goodies) on selected AirElectrum flights and aircraft.

Eclipse Interactive Studios

In-flight games for airlines only for airline seat-mounted computer pad devices now available at Eclipse Interactive Studios. It also includes our specially developed Airscape Software which prevents disruption between game activity on airline seat-mounted computer pad devices and cockpit on-board computer systems. All our in-flight games are made with 3D graphics and user friendly.

Gloriax Aviation Company

Image

We are proud to announce that we have ordered twenty of their A380s, and are their founding customers. Their planes provide extra comfort and carrying capacity on our major trunk routes across the world.

Numflor Corporation

Our company has always been lead by organic and ecologically-sound decisions and we help AirElectrum as a refurbishing and recycling organization. Every airline will find itself, at some point in it's existence, with leftover antiquated equipment, such as airplanes, and other unneeded items that will otherwise clutter up and fill up highly valued storage space. By joining forces with Numflor Corporation, AirElectrum will be able to receive cold hard cash while ensure that future generations will still be able to walk the world. Think of the PR and budgetary advantages!

Airline Partners

Southern Airlines

Image

Southern Airlines is the Southern Democratic States' national airlines. Our mission is to serve the citizens of the Southern Democratic States who desires to travel around the country or abroad. Our mission is also to serve customers from abroad who are visiting our country. We are present in all Southern Democratic States airports, and in foreign countries like Miley World, Electrum and Pays d'en Haut.

FlyUS

Image

We were once great American airline, now we are left with a fleet of aging deathtraps that we can no longer afford to repair or safety-check. FlyUS also boasts being the home of vinegary old hags and bitter fruit flight attendants. At FlyUS, your business is important to us. That is why we treat you like shit. We know that you have choices when choosing an airline; awful, dreadful or terrible, and we promise you that we are striving to be awful.

To: People of the world!
From: Air Electrum

To the people of the world!

We started our humble operations on the 26th of April, 2014, when we launched AirElectrum to the world. Our motto is "Discover the World." What better way to do that than with luxury and style? Our new, first-generation fleet is composed of Monteluci aircraft so safety and reliability are guaranteed! Anyways, we've put a new lick of paint into the business, and we promise this time to update the website at least once a week, and not abandon you guys. With that in mind, let the new network begin!

For those of you who were part of the old network, just telegram us and we will endeavour to restore the partnerships we have built up over the months we were up here.

Regards,
Karl Page

Dear Kagami Tachibana,

We have decided to accept Suisetsu Airports' application, and are very excited to open up a route between Mizuyuki and Electrum! It has been a long time coming, and this partnership is sure to last for years to come. Electrum and Mizuyuki are known for their joint basketball cultures (why it's a no brainer that we're flying between the host nations of the International Basketball Championships) as well as strong connections between our respective governments and peoples. I am sure that Electrumite expats in your nation, as well as Mizuyuki-jin expats in our nation will appreciate the opening of this new route, and will ensure the reunion of families for many years to come.

Warmest Regards,
Karl Page
