In particular, 50 trainers, 40 of which belong to the feared Hexago Corps, will arrive from Esalonia, despite Esalonia being in a state of turmoil. We would also gladly accept help.

I will allow any number of force to use the elite training facilities in the Quadrant 5 military base inside Xelyon. This facility includes a full arena with almost impenetrable walls that can withstand almost anything. It is used by the Invuctum regiment to train with PREDATOR-class mechs and powerful exoskeletons. I will also allow your men to train with veteran trainers: Captain Harry Clausel (who has been in many wars and is one of the best mech commanders xelyon has to offer) and also Lt Carl Hurley (who has also fought many wars and specialises in taking down fortified positions alone with his highly advanced exoskeleton). As the Invictum regiment are currently engaged elsewhere the Quadrant 5 facility is completely for your use. We have many more teachers for you to use but they are the best.

Quadrant 5 is within Xelyon so your men will have leave to enter my country. Please telegram me so I can escort your men with heavy-destroyers and make sure that nothing bad happens.
