{2.} Unlike, other storefronts we’ll do the math for you-free of charge. Just inform our company what the exact {numbered} amount you’ll be ordering of which product(s). However, if you choose to calculate your own math that’s fine with us, though be aware that our company accountants will still check to make sure your required payments are as accurate as possible and that there are no errors.
{2A.} Once orders have been placed and processed, they can't be altered as such we highly recommend you carefully review each order before submitting. Though processed orders are not able to be altered, you may cancel your order anytime up to five {RL} business days {M-F} after your order request has been processed and confirmed at no cost. Orders canceled after the five business days will be charged a cancellation fee, this cancellation fee amount will be dependent upon the size of the canceled order.
{3.} Please try to be in character when ordering. Also, all orders and messages posted in this storefront will be considered Secret In Character [SIC] unless otherwise noted.
(4.) You can check your defense budget at the following: NS Economy, NS Tracker or NS Dossier. If the defense budget of your nation lacks funds, I'm willing to use a different budget starting with Law&Order and moving on until I find a suitable budget with sufficient funds.
(5.) We are willing to divide your payment in half if you are unable to pay all at once. You can pay us half one year and the other half next year or pay half when you order and the rest upon delivery, so on and so on. We are willing to work out whatever payment method works for you. Do note however, that payment plans beyond Ten[10] years will not be accepted and will result in the order being denied, the one exception being the use of loans.
(6.) A product not on the list, suggest it to us and we’ll see about starting production on said item. UEMS is also in the business of designing and building Custom Projects/Orders if so requested. Require something designed/produced, but desire to keep the production rights all for yourself, then were your company. Until, further notice I will not be doing Custom Orders. When, I will be able to retake on custom orders I do not know, you’ll know when I no longer have this notice posted. Cost of Custom orders will vary depending on the product. We’ll inform you of the estimated cost after we have had time to carefully review your design project or after the project has been completed, more then likely the latter.
(7.) If you are denied an order you will be notified why.
(8.) All our products come with a Lifetime Warranty if it ever breaks or malfunctions we’ll replace it free of charge. (Warranty does not cover normal ware and tear; pass its service life, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance or having it destroyed or damaged during combat.)

Production Rights Agreement: By purchasing/acquiring production rights to a UEMS product, you acquire the following: Besides, gaining the right to produce said product in your nation for life, as part of all Domestic Production Rights, UEMS will supply the material and equipment to allow your nation to build it’s own [small] factory or shipyard to produce said product. In addition, UEMS will send technical advisors to instruct your workers and engineers on the precise manufacturing methods used to produce the high-quality armaments that have made UEMS the envy of the world. Finally, any modifications you make to said product is yours and yours alone, UEMS can not claim any rights to said product. However, you may not sell, transfer, share or loan these manufacturing methods or production rights of said product to other nations if you have not made any modifications to that said product. Violation of the Production Rights Agreement will result at least in the removal of the production rights and at worse a state of war.
