The Rostislavovich Arms and Export company is a privately-owned arms manufacturing entity based within the Federal Republic of Retiva. Founded in 1853 during the Age of Dark, we have been supplying the Retivan military with the finest and most advanced military equipment, vehicles, materials and weaponry ever since, as well as the handling of exports to various nations within the Ministreyl Union and domestic and foreign private military firms. Our company currently handles the legal distribution of naval war assets, air assets, land war assets, firearms, logistics and subsystems, as well as Weapons of Mass Destrutions (WMDs) and biological weapons (BWs). With our highly-advanced systems and high reliability of our products, they have been rated highly among operators within the Retivan military. Our company also work on the development of nuclear technology, and as such, some of our products will be powered by nuclear technology. Besides that, we also develop biological and chemical weapons for our clients who would like to purchase them, however, supplies are limited due to the Retivan constitution regarding biological and chemical weapons.

Most of our operations takes place in beautiful coastal city of Alvchevitz; the capital of innovation and technology in Ministreyl Union. Company director Martyn Lupov currently heads the Rostislavovich Arms and Export, and works closely with the Federal Ministry of Defense in manufacturing ordered products, as well as ensuring that the flow of funding is constant to ensure that there is no budgetary issues in the workings of the company.

These lethal cruise missile submarines are powered by 2 nuclear reactors and can hold up to 26 cruise missiles, as well as 30 nuclear-tipped torpedoes! The ability to deploy anti-ship cruise missiles, as well as torpedoes with nuclear warheads makes this submarine the perfect maritime nuclear deterrence for any navy in the world.

Rules and Regulations

To protect our own interests, foreign and domestic, we must put in place rules and regulations concerning the purchasing and owning products manufactured by the Rostislavovich Arms and Export company, as well as conditions that must be met during and after the transaction of any RAE product.

Illegal distribution of any RAE products will call for legal action and lawsuits against such entities whom have not applied for licensed production of RAE products. Legal actions include but are not limited to fines and compensation for any damage to the company's interests; all of which will be made in Revis.
When making your order, please keep the locution used as literate as possible, as this may result in the denial and/or your order being ignored. Formality is recommended, but not required.
The Rostislavovich Arms and Export company reserves the right to deny or outright ignore any order without notice. If any concerns are raised by the orders, we will contact you via telegrams.
Orders or contracts made by the client should remain as economically and as financially realistic as possible. The company will not be interested in manufacturing 60,000 tanks for the client, for instance, unless they are financially capable of supporting the company to perform such a feat.
Order requests which do not contain any relevancy will be ignored, the involved person(s) will be added to the blacklist.
All in all, any entity whom threatens RAE interests will be subjected into queries, lawsuits and if necessary, will be added to the company blacklist.
Any discounts do not apply to manufacturing facilicities and licensed production of RAE hardware and equipment.

Contracts

Contracts are essentially custom orders which must contain specific details about what the client would like manufactured for them by the company. The types of orders that the client can make is based solely on what the company already manufactures; this would include submarines, warships, land-based armoured and unarmoured vehicles, aerial vehicles, firearm and more. The price of contracting the company to manufacture and build certain products will vary on the sophistication and the effort required, which includes labour, raw material and the actual designing of the product itself. Due to the 'customisability' of contracts, the price will be much higher than regular products already available for requisition. However, the main benefit of this is that the client state/company will automatically receive domestic production rights of said order.

Additionally, the client will be open to discounts and promotions from the company as a bonus for contracting RAE to their own needs, which this is a field we are very unique in. However, only regular customers may contract the company to manufacture custom orders.

Licensed Production

Licensed production of RAE products is required for ANY and ALL entities to manufacture and distribute certain RAE products. Licenses are individually sold per product, under the price tag. However, not all products are available for licensed production, in which case you can only purchase the product. Skilled personnel will be sent to the client nation to train the manufacturing labour force in the client state, for free, upon purchasing a license for one of our products.

Depending on the frequency of our client's transactions from our company, different of license grades will be awarded to the client upon query and purchase. However, clients will automatically be given license grade 'Gamma' upon their first purchase, which will subsequently allow for the purchasing of licenses.

Manufacturing Plants

Manufacturing plants are essentially factories that RAE sets up in various locations for the sole purpose of the manufaction of our products. For a long time, our company has been interested in expanding our manufacturing prowess to foreign nations by offering to open our factories in client nations, and therefore making it much more convenient to deliver our products to our clients whom have RAE manufacturing plants in their territories. Our company currently hires almost 3 million employees.

There are 4 types of manufacturing plants which we maintain throughout Retiva and nations within the Ministreyl Union. We operate submarine and naval shipbuilding facilities, land-based armoured and unarmoured manufacturing facilities, firearms and munitions manufacturing facilities, and subsystem manufacturing facilities. To ease logistics and financial issues, we also offer multi-purpose complexes that are much larger than the standard manufacturing facility, however, at a higher price, but promises a larger variety of production options on demand.

As the Retivan Navy is currently phasing out its entire fleet of Trinity-class nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarines in favour of Pinnacle-class submarines; our company will be receiving the submersibles from RN command and plans on selling it to our clients with a 50% discount. We appreciate your interest in making us your main arms supplier, and would like to address your concern about our current aircraft and light/medium tank catalogue. Because of our current priorities with increasing development of naval vessels as of now, we are unable to focus on developing more aircrafts and light tanks; however after we complete our current tasks, we will make expanding our current aircraft inventory our priority.

Regarding your strategy in deploying light tanks from cargo planes, our T-72 Nighteye and T-170 Kingly transport aircrafts are perfectly capable of carrying out this strategy; the T-170 is able to carry and airdrop at least one TQB light tank from moderate altitude, assisted with retrorockets, whereas the T-72 is able to carry up to two TQB light tanks, as well as airdrop them onto the battlefield. On another note, T-72 is also capable of airdropping one FR1 Black Leopard MBT. If you wish, we can supply also supply you with large cargo pallets necessary for the moderate altitude extraction system, as well as parachutes and retrorockets to allow safe landing.

We will also make developing more light and medium tanks a higher priority if you wish for us to become your main arms supplier.
