U.C.S.R. Relations Tribunal of Trade (U.C.S.R. Only)

Postby Davincia » Fri Aug 01, 2014 8:37 am

With the advent of international trade and military alliances becoming a commodity on Orbis, the International Cooperation League has granted permission for the nations of Decenada, Isaciaria, and Northern Davincia to regulate relations between each other as they please. Other nations seeking permission to interact with this tribunal must receive complete permission from any of the interacting countries or the regional government.

-All participating nations are not permitted to discuss matters concerning the I.C.L., such as border disputes or declarations of war.
-This tribunal is a subdivision of the I.C.L.
-All nations wishing to participate must adhere to the rules offered by the U.C.S.R. Constitution at all times, which includes the rules regarding offensive statements.

The further organization of this tribunal will be the burden of its leading members:

I would like to propose that Decenada become the leader of this tribunal. It is clear that it is among few who have the experience to guide the leading members of both the tribunal itself and the rest of Orbis. Our Premier has deemed it unnecessary for representatives to interact within this acting tribunal, such as with the I.C.L.

The Premier of Isaciaria also wishes to see Decenada as Leader of the Tribunal. As the first motion of the Tribunal of Trade, the Premier has proposed creating a Tribunal Pact, which would not only regulate trade within the members of the tribunal but also relations of social importance such as describing how member nations of the Tribunal of Trade react during emergency situations.

With the recent election choosing V.K. Kumar as President of the U.C.S.R., our candidate of choosing will be returned to her homeland. I demand that we reform the constitution to further expand the powers of president. As of now, the constitution does not permit the President to maintain any real power.

A special form of public funeral was given today at Braybel City for our late Prime Minister Jacob Strecklyr, in which his body was shown across the city in a public march. The remains of the late Premier Garentialtia Belhakes is being processed and he will be buried at the new memorial made in his honor. Due to Davincian tradition, the photographs taken at the march were monochromatic.
