Dear Mr. Crawford:
We would be delighted to accept your offer; however, since your offer has come at a time when Soar Airways is not openly selling shares, we would request that the percentage be lowered to 4 percent for $80 million. It is our wish that this will lead to an excellent relationship between our two companies.
Best Wishes,
Jonas Van-Peil,
CEO, Soar Airways

SUBJECT: Purchasing a Share
DATE: Friday, September 19, 2014Status: N/AAllow me to introduce myself: I am Rudolf Böhler, The Destiny Company’s Business Executive. I am responsible for administrating communication between different international companies, to answer letters from both our customers and other companies and I am also responsible for the establishment, proposal and authorization of different types of partnerships. As a part of the company’s executive team, I work closely with the president, chief executive officer and chief operations officer of the company, to maintain a high standard of leadership and accountability.
I have recently stumbled across Soar Airways, which looks like a budding airline with future potential to become one of the world’s greatest. Nevertheless, I’d like for Soar Airways to allow The Destiny Company to purchase an eighteen percent share of the airline for $85M. Soar Airways would remain an eighty-two percent independently-owned company, and current management and operations would not be altered at all. The benefits of this small ownership are:
- In the event that Soar Airways runs into legal, economic or any other kind of trouble it has the backing of The Destiny Company
- The Destiny Company and its management can assist and guide Soar Airways and its management in administration
- Soar Airways will be given direct access to Destiny Airlines’ five hubs: Miami, Los Angeles, Raedburg, JFK and Primeda
- Soar Airways will rapidly expand under the management of The Destiny Company

DATE: Friday, September 19, 2014Status: N/AI’d like to thank you first off for your very quick reply to my request. And finally, thank you for accepting my request to purchase an eighteen percent stake of your airline. I am certain Soar Airways will quite literally soar above all its competitors in the airline industry, and quickly work its way up to one of the best. The $85M is being wired to Soar Airways’ bank account, and I thank you personally and on behalf of The Destiny Company for doing business with us. Thank you, and good luck for the coming future!

Dear Mr. Marcolini:
Due to the long-haul nature of the route, Soar Airways would like to inquire about the ability of Arugula International Airport to handle SST (SuperSonic Transport) aircraft landings. SSTs require a runway length of at least 3,600 meters (or 11,800 feet).

Thank you for your haste in replying to our concerns. With that settled, Soar Airways would like to formally ACCEPT your application to make Arugula International Airport a Soar Airways destination. We hope this leads to greater partnerships in the future.
