In 1902, Emporia Airport was built by the Imperial Airport Body. It was relatively small, but was the first way to fly to Dungeyland. Many planes stopped there, and Dungeyland started to get lots of tourists. However, in the Second Civil War (1911-1916), the airport was destroyed. After the war, when a new monarchy was established in the grass-roots of democracy, a new airport was built by His Majesty's Airport Authority. Parliament decided that the new airport shall be called His (or Her) Majesty's Airport, depending on the monarch.
Over the years, Her Majesty's Airport gradually grew, until in 2007, the airline business boomed. Her Majesty's felt huge increases in airline applications, and built several new terminals. Her Majesty's Airport today holds thousands gates, which are divided into several terminals. Each Terminal is divided into 25 or more gates. In 2008, HM Government decided, as a method of cutting costs and debt, to privatise Her Majesty's Airport. Her Majesty's Airport Authority was bought by Michael Hendry, who restructured the company into the Dungeyland Airport Authority.

Specs on HM Airport
Her Majesty's Airport covers roughly 1,000 square miles, the size of London Heathrow. There is lots of room for companies to start malls, and shopping centres.
To Help Traveler Anxiety
HMA is dedicated to making travel perfect every step of the way. There are loads of stores, restaurants and hotels to relax in, plus large club lounges for nearly all airlines. If not, we have our own Majestical Lounge in which you can play, relax and sleep. These are only a few ways of making a perfect trip from HMA!
Security:
All vehicles are X-Rayed when entering HMA. The right to UV Thermal Scanning and checking is reserved for suspicious items in the X-Ray.
At Check-In, bags will be X-Rayed and UV'd again, and checking them is reserved again for suspicious behavior. After Check-In, you go through the Security Royale, in which your hand luggage is checked and you yourself are checked.
Once again, it will happen at the gate before entering onto the flight.
When you arrive in HMA, you will go through strict customs, not allowing any food or beverages past that point. (Domestic flights go through a separate area.)
There are also two HMA police/security stations per Terminal.
Dangish Law says that HMA must check all airlines randomly for security at least once a month, and that the Dungeyland Intelligence Agency must check HMA once a year. We, and DIA have the power to remove any airlines which cannot comply with procedures. HMA is proud to announce that we received a 100% Secure report from DIA, and we would like that again next year. Those nations found to be intentionally allowing dangerous people on board will be dropped.
