ECONOMIC REFORMS ANNOUNCED BY EL CAUDILLO!

Image

Caudillo Carlos Silva during speech about reforms

Gran Cuscatlan is powerful Latin American nation. It is one of most booming economies in the world. Wise politics of Caudillos like Martinez or Silva made it one of dominant counties in Latin America. It’ s road however to becoming an economic superpower was long and hard, but through the will of Latin Americans it succeeded. In the light of new reforms announced today by current Caudillo, General Carlos Silva, it would be interesting to take a look on the economic reforms made by him and his predecessor.

After Martinez seized power in El Cuscatlan in 2012 during November coup, he faced many troubles. Unwise planning of communists made his county ruined, even with huge resources of oil, REMs, gas, gold and agricultural products. New Caudillo of the nation however, loved his people and decided to increase the wealth of the people, helping them as much as he could. His first goal was to create strong market basis.

He accomplished it by partial privatization. Most key industries remained in Government’ s hands. However, where it was not key, Martinez created CaNaos (national champions ) - huge corporations supported by state in exchange for carrying state’ s plans. To consolidate plans, Martinez’ s minister of finances, Pedro de san Juan, created CEN (Consejo Económico Nacional – national economic council ) made of best selected economists to effectively plan the economics in Latin American nations, which soon formed South American Federation, which finally evolved into what is now Gran Cuscatlan.
Key sectors in which Martinez’ s government became active the most were natural resources, agricultural products and arms manufancturing. To exploit the first one, CNEPG (Comité Nacional de la extracción de petróleo y gas - National Comitee for Oil and Gas Exploatation ) and ( - national comitee for rare earth minetals and gold exploatation ) were created, uniting private and state-owned companies. Led by best specialists south America could offer, Cuscatlani oil became quickly selling product, making the county more rich.

During Martinez’ s rule banks were nationalised and giving loans on percent banned, as state was so rich that it did not needed loans. Social programs were started to help the poor and reduce crime.

Even if Martinez died, his successors continued his economic policy. Current Caudillo, Carlos Silva, issued today an idea for new economic plan. His plan is to create competition to US dominated oil sold in Dollars by creating of “second market” selling Cucsatlani oil only in Cuscatlani golden pesos.

“ The prices would be better, oil would be of better quality, and no arab sheikh will dictate us!” El Caudillo in interview “ This is a way for enrichment of all. Cuscatláni oil in Cuscatláni currency!” El Caudillo also advocated creation of common oil market with it' s allies to provide the oil for everybody who is a friend.

This could probably ruin plenty of other counties selling oil, as Silva plans to destroy competition with cheap prices, which he can afford because of amount of oil he has. Big Gold resources and being in current use will strengthen Cuscatlani peso. Who knows, maybe another miracle is under way?

Speech delivered by the honourable Speaker of the Assembly, Godfrey Carleagh

Image
Cuscatlani military general and dictator Carlos Silva, who styles himself as Caudillo, made clear his intentions to attempt to monopolize the international petroleum markets through his domestic reforms. The unwieldy, gross plutocratic instrument of state that he has established from his allies in industry support his claims.

The Cuscatlani National Committee for Oil and Gas Exploitation (CNCOGE) is only a nation-wide scam of the Cuscatlani people, the fruition of the dreams of an overambitious dictator who does not yet realize that he is by far out of his league. The international petroleum market is not so inflexible nor so limited as to be seriously impacted by the sudden flooding of cheap, sub-standard Cuscatlani oil. CNCOGE is yet another extension of the authoritarian state, through the politically-screened "experts" on the Cuscatlani National Economics Council. This is, by no means, a sound method to establish national economic strategies.

Countless conservative Dornish publicans have attempted to garner support by claiming that they could drastically lower the consumer prices of petroleum beyond sustainability. All have failed. Grand Custcatlan will deplete its petroleum and oil resources without error.

Moreover, we can see the underlying reasons why a military dictator should attempt to over-exploit his country's natural resources. By attempting to destroy the bonds of reciprocal trade that ties together countries, a self-sustainable Custcatlan will become a threat to the international order if left unchecked. These disturbing, impractical ideas must be quashed in their infancy to prevent possible war.

The winds of change will soon arrive at the South American continent, whether or not the Caudillo Silva wants them to. His destructive economic policies, in the long run, will drive his country to damnation and ruin. To prevent the self-harming policies of Silva and the destabilization of the international market for petroleum, Dournes will continue to support its international partners, and will not partake in the obscene spending revelries that Silva has announced. A boycott of Cuscatlani oil can only be a sign of good, sensible governance.

To all nations!

I caudillo Carlos Silva, General and President of Gran Cuscatlan, am writing to all parites who have heard - and announced - a plan to boycot our goods. I must say one thing: All that goods are extracted justly, workers get right wages which are still improving due to our growing economy, no exploatation is here. By coycotting us you have shown your true face - a face of an social-liberal evil which would allow anarchy for your sick ideas. I do not carre. I know that thanks to God there are still plenty of people with justice in heart!

I do not plan to monopolize oil market: Rather, to create an just oil market based on principles of cooperation, in which all parties could sell their oil - and it would be them, not american companies profiting from it!

I also agree with Caudillo Bolivar and propose to form joint economic council, to improve our relations and help our economies!

To All Nations!
Gran Cuscatlan is a waster of our glorious national resources! Cheap oil only encourages this waste! Here in Lolloh, we do not need oil, for we have no cars, only public transport run on clean and bountiful hydrogen fuel, which is just as flammable as oil, but much, much cleaner. We believe that an international boycott of Cuscatlan's oil will cripple them, while not crippling us! It is not Communist to go against oil, it is in the name of the Earth that we go against it!

The Lolloh Gazette
Today, in reaction to Caudillo Silvar's economic reforms, the Lollohian government has announced its intentions to conduct a blockade against Cuscatlan's foreign trade, specifically in oil. Lolloh, which produces all of its oil domestically and is supplied by companies working Lollohian fields, will be more than able to sustain a war effort, says Prime Minister Hammin. "It is ridiculous to assume that making oil inexpensive through a monopoly will affect us in Lolloh. We are a clean nation, not a polluted, disgusting one full of that toxic gas." Hammin acknowledged that the AFFL (Armed Forces) run on oil, though. "Yes, we do need oil for our military equipment. However, I will be quick to add that our oil supplies have been easily met without any strain by the private companies currently drilling, and that our oil is not wasted to an extreme that we have polluted our nation beyond repair, as is happening in El Cuscatlan.

Go ahead. Boycott. Get your damned military oil from the Middle East. More oil for us. Its not like we would have sold to you anyways.

And how would making oil cheap be wasting it? Its not like people are going to be buying more than they need and end up throwing it away or dumping it out just because its cheaper now. That makes no sense.

Dear Caudillo Silva,

We have recently acknowledged Gran Cuscatlan to be reforming the economy. The South Asian Federation is interested. We recently gained an offer from your CNEGP to sell Oil and Gas alongside each other, and we accept the offer, as we see it as a chance to improve Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan and Pakistani economy. PetroBangla [Bangladesh], NHNRA (National Hudian Natural Resources Association) [Huda], Reliance Natural Resources Limited [India], Ceylon Energy [Sri Lanka] and PSO [Pakistani State Oil] will comply. Will a meeting between delegates of each company be suitable?

Till Then,

I fully support this amazing economic reform you have done in your nation,
things have been going pretty well here in Lebanon, but we would like you to supply us with oil.
Geagea and I are having disputes though, Geagea has gotten to lefty and is planning on selling out Free Lebanon to the UN’s Agenda 21.

RENAULT ASTHOLM LOOKING INTO PROSPECTS IN Gran Cuscatlan
Renault Astholm have been investigating the prospects of launching in the market of Gran Cuscatlan.
It is safe to say they have had little to no presence in their automotive market there.

What we do know, however, is they intend to launch the following vehicles there within the next month or so:
Clio III (3-door hatchback, 5-door hatchback, 4-door saloon), 2005-2012 design
Megane (5-door hatchback, 4-door sedan), 2011-2014 design
Laguna (5-door hatchback, 5-door stationwagon), 2011-2014 design
Safrane (5-door hatchback)
Espace (5-door MPV), IV generation, 2012-2014
X-Piste (5-door SUV) - re-badged Nissan X-Trail 2007-2013 generation)
X-Côte (3-door SUV, 5-door SUV) - rebadged Nissan Terrano II

No word on prices yet, but expect them to be value-leaders, especially now that Renault is working with Balna, one of Astholm's leading lights in the automobile industry.

Boliviana welcomes and is friendly to the new regime in Cuscatlan, but hopes its reforms under the new Caudillo(s) are not too drastic. The Bolivian government hopes the new regime there upholds its martinezist policies of governing that were present under the former caudillos. We hope a new era of cooperation is founded out of all of this, and our mutual goal for prosperity is achieved.
