Inauguration of Phase 1 of the Ainsworth East Wind Farms

After three years of construction, Greyburgh Island Energy Ltd, SpringPowers Ltd and Wolcard International are pleased to officially open Phase I of the Ainsworth East Wind Farms, a 40-MW project commissioned in December 2013 and one of the biggest wind farms in Springmont. In recognition of this important milestone, a ceremony was held at the foot of one of the project's tallest turbines earlier today in the presence of Hon James Infres Tombwalls, RETCON Director General, representing the Minister of Renewable Energy & Utilities; President and CEO of Greyburgh Island Energy Ltd; Ian Termonte, President and CEO of SpringPowers Ltd, and Preident of Wolcard International, as well as numerous elected officials, entrepreneurs representing the region and special guests.

With a total installed capacity of 40 MW, the 11 turbines that make up Phase I have been supplying renewable energy to Port Knoxdam's power grid since they were commissioned in late 2013 and are expected to continue doing so for the next 20 years.

PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS
ENCRYPTION: Rila-BZ300 (medium)
FROM: Bulgar Rouge Second Economic Committee

Salutations,

The Second Economic Committee is interested in your programme, but in a more specific sense.

As you might be aware, the SEC controls all of Bulgar Rouge's external trade, including the procurement of advanced technology to boost our energy independence through nuclear and renewable energy sources. We stimulate the production of biomass power stations, wind farms and solar parks, and we already have the means to mass-produce them. Furthermore, our economic system allows us to significantly reduce production costs as our workers benefit from a total welfare state and no wage expenditures are included when foreign production is outsourced to us.

We are thus turning to you with a proposal to receive access to the technologies in the scope of your programme in exchange for extremely low-cost outsourced production in our factories. You will not have any wage or maintenance expenditures whatsoever; you will only take care of the security and shipping of system components to our territory where we shall conduct all handling, assembling and return shipping to your entity for free, naval port taxes excluded. This will help to further reduce the costs of your assistance programme and make your business extremely competitive. In return, we shall receive and further develop your advanced renewable energy technology without exporting it or otherwise presenting it to third parties.

We are eager to learn of your response and will gladly discuss other options for cooperation.

Best regards,

Brother No. 7
SEC Vice-Chairman

We thank you for your willingness to contact us and we refine your proposal.

RETCON really care about the quality and customer satisfaction. As the consortium directly involved in renewable energy systems, we are also really interested in researching new markets and opportunities at the international stage. Once taken to the highest degree and are discussed in detail, we agree with your proposal and we trust it will be a profitable investment in the long term.

We trust that if there are any queries, please get hold of us directly via TG

I am June R. Stephenson the assistant director of The BlueBell International SeaPort. We are the 4th largest international port in world and One of the most busy ones. To operate the port requires a lot of energy due to its ginormous size and all the services we provide. It is traditionally ran by fossil fuels but do to pricey cost and limited amounts. We have chosen to go to cost effective and eco-friendly alternative renwable energy.Enclosed yoy will find our order and your check.
