Since 2008, Black Element Industries has been providing some of the best logistical and combat support out there. After the break up of the Carpathian company known as "I.O.N Security", many of the Carpathian and Dubrovken members came to Dubrovka in search of new work. With Carpathia going into turmoil and eventually destroying itself, there was no going back for any of these former contractors. So what did they do next? What they did best; operate as a private military company, Name? Black Element. Having already gained know how on how to such a venture through their past experiences, Black Element Security's had begun it's way on the road to success. Even though our history isn't very long, our experience is some of the best you can find. It's simple, Black Element Security's consists of almost entirely former military or law enforcement, some from both, working along side well educated business men Such as VP Vasili Stransky. There's one thing for sure, the only way is up for this new company.

Black Element Security's operate a little differently than other private military companies. We offer not only security but logistics. Why? Because, these two are the backbone of any army or armed forces. Just like Napoleon said "An army marches on its stomach". You've got to feed your people, and provide security. That's what makes up logistics, and do to it's importance we put a heavy amount of work and pride into making Black Element the best at this. B.E.S. Operates with a CEO [Director of the company], a VP [Responsible for keeping everything in line and on track] A Chief of Operations [Tasked with taking missions, what equipment the company operates, planning out missions],
Chief Executive Officer Alexi Zietzev: Despite Forty Four being considered old these days, it's a young age for somebody to have a equivalent resume to that of Alexi Zietzev. After a challenging early life in the slums of Sauvania, Alexi joined the DDF(Dubrovken Defense Force). He stayed in the DDF until he was 34 then he retired. He is still an active reserve unit of the Dubrovken Military. After Getting out, he looked around for a job for a while but never found anything quite like the military. He Decided that the best thing he could do was to start the company we know today as Black Element Industries. This company has been up and running for almost 4 months now and Alexi couldn't be happier. He convinced other members of the military that he knew personally to come and work for his company. Black Element now has over 120 Security Active Personal. The most recent contract was with the Phillipenes to help keep the peace during this time of instability.
Vice President Vasili Stransky: Born in 1980 in the mountainous regions of Sauvania, Vasili was a man who loved the outdoors. The beauty of Dubrovka was something he would lay down his life for, so after graduating from high school he did. Serving in Mizrad's best main branch, the Army; Vasili excelled at what he did. In his late career, he was asked to join with the Dubrovken Special Detachment Group -The single most classified and greatest special operations force in Dubrovka, Perhaps all of Sauvania. Vasili obviously had trouble transferring back to a civilian life. Although in his time with the Army, he had met John Harlowe during the Maverican War. Even after the two's units had split up and gone to different areas they had kept in touch. When Alexi got out of the Army and started Black Element Security's, he had invited Vasili to help him run the business. It was an amazing sight in the economic world and with Alexi's business experience and Vasili's extensive military background, they got the group up and running with little help.
Chief of Operations Nickoli Racine: Aged Twenty Nine, Nickoli Racine was formerly both the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Operations at Acadami. Born in 1987 in central Dubrovka, he studied at the University of Dubrovka:Stary Sobor. He served along side the CEO of this unit and trusts and respects his leadership.
