History
Britannual Foodstore was established in 1971 by Josh Abrosam Britannual from the Britannual Group family, it was open to the public where millions of shoppers came to shop. Its old slogan was "For the expensive, now the cheap". In 1974, all stores closed down due to infestation, poor customer service and criminal negligence, it made the headlines. During the period of 1974-96 Josh Abrosam Britannual went to court to fight for his branches to be re-opened. In August 1995 the judge re-instated Britannual Foodstore. However, the Britonisea branch was not reopened until 1997 as a privatized foodstore. In it's first 5 years it was open the foodstore made £2.35 billion a year but that was not successful enough. So in 2011, Britannual decided whether to go public again or not. They had to go to the courts once again to fight to open more stores, even worldwide. This was accepted in January 2012. In July 2012, The first 200 stores where built around the 3 provinces. Then a year later in August 2013, Stores are opened to the public around the world! The first abroad country to sign up was Sao Mathias. Since then more than 10,000 stores has been built around the Nationstates World. Also Britannual Foodstore is not a private business.
