Back in 2002, when Bandika was aging fast, Charles Van Wallen had an idea to completely remodel the infrastructure of all of Bandika. He designed and remodeled nearly all of the main buildings in Bandika. His architectural work was so impressive, that he quit his job as a chef at a restaurant to start Archtistic Design group, the premier modern architectural group in NationStates.
Unlike other "premier architectural groups", we stick to a single style (modern) and always provide an HD computer generated design so you can completely see what's being built before it even gets built. If you don't like your design or have any questions, feel free to post your question/request for new design on the forum, I will make sure that you are responded.
In order to apply, please just state the building you want, it's that easy! No complicated and tedious application forms!
And as for the environment, all of our materials are completely natural and made in zero-emission, solar powered factories, we use rainwater to flush toilets and for sinks (filtered, of course) for every tree cut down, we plant two in its place, and all of our buildings are held to a very tight standard for eco-friendliness, which includes having no emissions, using only clean renewable sources for energy (solar and wind), and of course...recycling. If it can be recycled, it gets recycled. Lastly, all vehicles used for building are solar powered. Just for good measure. And for proof, we received the fist ever 5-Leaf rating from EcoTrax
