Located twenty kilometers east of the capital city, Zerhn-Eisenberg International Airport is the largest and the busiest airport in the Meritocratic States handling 154 million guests annually from across the country or the world. If you consider the Meritocratic States' population of 646 million, that's more than a sixth of our national population! Noise Management:

In accordance with our lease with the federal government, the Zerhn-Eisenberg International Airport Authority is responsible for reducing aircraft noise within a 10 nautical mile radius of the airport. Within the airport, we have installed noise-suppression barriers at the perimeter of the airport to bring aircraft noise to tolerable levels while maintaining the aesthetic looks of the area.

If you are a citizen of the Meritocratic States and is unsatisfied with our current noise suppression measures, please do not hesitate to call our Noise Management Office.

The Environment:

While the Federal Protocol 7924: The Negative Carbon Act, prohibits the use of fossil fuel powered vehicles in the Meritocratic States, the Act allows for foreign aircraft to enter Meritocratic States airspace provided they meet our own emission and fuel efficiency standards. To reduce the airport's energy needs from the main power grid, we installed solar panels at the roof our our four terminals and introduced piezoelectric floor panels on terminal four with plans for more in the upcoming months.

To the west of our airport is the Valdez Creek and the Fullerton Grasslands, we take extensive steps to protect these natural resources while continuing to meet the demands of a growing air travel industry. Our investment in the Green Project Program helps to promote innovative collaboration with businesses in Corona's largest eco-business zone.

Keeping you safe:

When it comes to air travel, you can never be too safe or too secure. At Zerhn-Eisenberg, the safety of our guests, employees, community and country is at the core of every decision we make.

In order to ensure the highest level of safety and security at our airport, key divisions of the ZEAA focus on these areas and form a continuous on-site presence. They perform many functions, including:

• Providing emergency response
• Developing ongoing training and certification
• Performing regular and ad hoc inspections as required throughout the airport

Our security and maintenance departments has several responsibilities:

• Maintain a secure and efficient environment for aircraft, vehicles, personnel and the travelling public.
• Controlling movement of birds and wildlife through our wildlife program in accordance with the Federal Ministry of Infrastructure and Telecommunications. (Habitat manipulation, Falconing, Ethical Trapping)
• Maintain top standards in fire protection measures.
• Maintain clear runways and frequently-manned de-icing facilities during the winter season.

Preclearance:

The Meritocratic States Border Security Service works alongside several foreign security agencies maintain a program of Preclearance, a program that makes it possible for travellers to clear their countries' customs and immigration processes and get advance approval to enter their country before boarding their flights.

Preclearance agreements are automatically applied for Crown Zone Union member-states and non-CZU countries can apply for one at anytime.
