The development of Apex 1.0 has been the dedication of Særson Corporation for the past several years. That being true, we are now proud to release the world's fastest, most seamless, and most advanced operating system for desktop and laptop computers as well as tablets, Apex 1.0 Premium.

The interface of Apex is built on the principle of being fully touch capable and easy to use in such a manor, but remaining practical when used in a standard mouse keyboard manor. Large icons and a virtual qwerty keyboard ensure ease of touch use. Meanwhile, a traditional desktop arrangement allows for ease or cursor and keyboard use.

To begin, the launching point of your experience with Apex is the Index Bar, located at the top of the screen. On the far right, the index bar houses the current time, and on the left side, the Index Button, video-chat/call function, messaging, and contacts icons can be found. The index bar, by default, stays visible throughout your usage of the computer. This ensures easy access to all necessary functions.

As mentioned, the Index Bar contains the Index Button, the flag on the far left. This is your gateway to the management and access of just about everything on your computer. A single click by the cursor, or a slide down motion via touch reveals the Index Button's drop down menu. Visible are several items including programs, cloud, storage, and security. In addition to this, below those items, all currently open programs can be viewed and accessed, in essence allowing you to multitask.

To the right of the Index Button, is the three communication features. Apex was created to allow you to interact with others while on your computer. Therefore, a call/video chat function is included, a messaging function, and contacts function. These can be attached/connected with an existing phone number via an Apex log-in.

Directly below the index bar is where you will find the Focus Row. The Focus Row is an ever-expandable row of shortcuts displayed on a large scale to allow easy and quick access. These are customizable, changeable, and more often than not represented by high quality images. These can be all be opened by either a double touch by your finger or a double click by the cursor.

More so, the space below the Focus Row is where the remainder of icons can be found. These icons function in a likewise manor as the prior, but of course they do not receive the same prominence.

Finally, to address the window feature. Windows are what all opened programs are contained in. When not in full screen mode, the window panel will border that of a program/picture/et cetera's display. At the top of this panel, on the left is an arrow, that when clicked or touched, will allow you to adjust the size of the window. To the right are the buttons that allows you to minimize, maximize, and close the window. Furthermore, by holding anywhere on the panel, the window can be dragged or moved into a different location.

Starting right from when you press the power button on your computer, Særson works and has worked with hardware manufactures to ensure that the initial input output processes of your computer load and begin operating as quickly as possible. After said operations are done, the Apex boot loader, known as Ultra-Start, takes over and loads directly from non-volatile memory to the computer's RAM. It is designed with simplicity in mind and with unnecessary functions excluded. All in all, that equates to an rapid operating system load time of roughly 10 seconds.

Moving on, at it's core, Apex functions using a 64-bit instruction set. Traditional 32-bit computing can often limit memory space and does not support more advanced programs of a 64-bit classification. Apex, however, allows for full optimization of computer memory, allowing for greater computer operational speeds, and as a 64-bit system itself, handles likewise software flawlessly and is capable of backward compatibility so that it can handle 32-bit software as well.

To continue, Apex is more than capable than of efficiently and effectively managing your computers central processing unit. By overseeing threads in the best way possible, Apex 1.0 is able to allocate for shared memory and processor usage and intelligent task-ordering. Therefore, constituting more speedy operation overall. In addition to this, Apex 1.0 gauges the importance of different processes all requiring CPU usage by learning or picking up on what the computer user typically does. Apex 1.0 is able to predict whether, say, one will be more concerned with the usage of their internet browser or word processor while both are running at the same time. These two, accelerating systems, are known as Apex Smart Processing.

More so, Apex also integrates a system known as Smart Caching. In such a system, commonly accessed pieces of data are stored in a small memory bank capable of being accessed at very high speed. The Apex 1.0 Smart Caching system does just that while also including further logic to make such a process have greater efficiency. Also, the system includes an auto-load upon computer boot-up feature, Apex 1.0 is able to pick up on programs which you often use upon turning on your computer, it auto-loads these to the cache to quicken their start-up.

Progressing Forward, Apex possesses a mere RAM footprint of just around 700 Mb, thus creating the condition in which your computer can fully access a considerably larger portion of memory to execute other programs and functions. Plus, Apex 1.0 incorporates a feature known as Memory Manager. Memory Manager is specially developed to be competent in balancing the needs of various programs. By productively dividing the computers main RAM memory into efficient sized blocks suited to the situation at hand and additionally incorporating the usage of virtual RAM, Apex 1.0 uses the hardware of your computer in the best possible way. Hence, in essence, supercharging its speed.

Ensuring even further excellence, Apex uses an application program interface known as BriskScript. The development of BriskScript by a joint group of Bederish companies, including Særson and others, predates that of that of majority of the Apex operating system. That aside, BriskScript was designed to allow for simplicity, clarity, and sophistication. Hence, it can be effectively used by programmers and allows for seamless interaction between software and hardware components.

When it comes to graphics, gaming, and multimedia, Apex is the absolute best operating system. This is due to an additional specially developed application program interface known as Videre. To start, Videre allows for absolute three dimensional, high definition graphics rendering. It has been designed to productively utilize the functionality of joysticks, sounds, and touch-interaction. Videre has built in means to allow for sophisticated physics functions and complex visuals.

Finally, networking features included on Apex 1.0 Business are super-simple, efficient, and optimized for use by businesses. In conjunction with the Apex Cloud and communication features, connection between various computers, printers, and other devices is highly productive. Apex is capable of supporting both wired and wireless networks. Networks are highly secure thanks to built in password and encryption features.

System Requirements for Apex 1.0 Premium.
Processor: 1.2 GHz, dual core
RAM: 3 Gb
Hard disk space: 22 Gb

The interface of the mobile variant of Apex is fully designed for touch usage. The top of the screen is home to the index bar, which houses the index button, calling function, messaging/text function, and your contacts. All of which, when swiped display a drop down menu. A lower index bar also exists, visible on it are the time and the devices battery level. Moving on, remaining area is occupied by a default of 6 pages. Each containing two shortcuts to prominent applications in the upper focus row, and various shortcuts below.

Screen brightness can be adjusted by selecting the settings option in the drop down menu of the index button. This allows for you to conserve battery power while also making it possible to see easily in the dark. In addition to this, a Newspaper Mode option is available, which allows the screen to appear more dull, making reading easier on your eyes.

Apex Mobile boots up with the same quickness the full variant. It uses a 32-bit instruction set and a simplified version of the BriskScript application programming interface. Each still allowing for a high operating speed, but consuming significantly less memory than their counterparts.

Apex Mobile incorporates Smart Cache and Smart Processing as well as a special mobile variant of Memory Manager. The mobile variant of Memory Manager is designed to keep power at a low level, and thus efficiently use your devices battery life. Open apps are suspended in memory, making it so they can remain accessible and unaltered, but consume no power.
