Alpha Lofts were rebranded this year, after becoming Archon Lofts, when taken over by Arena in 2007. Founded in 2002, by aspiring single hotelier, Trevor Hume- Litten, it was evident that any repairs and training would be lacking. In 2007, the Executive Lofts were renamed, given a lick of paint, and were quickly becoming a feature for financial districts in Woodstead. Today, Alpha Lofts has 63 hotels in Woodstead and International Territories, with over 13,000 rooms and a consistent average of 93.5% occupancy (- and that does not count the many operated globally).
This year, after yet another re-brand, modernisation on a huge scale was key to ensuring that we'd still be first choice for business people. Whether down town, or by the airport, Alpha Lofts is known very well. With most of its hotels earning 4 and 5 stars, it is evident that people will pay a little more for a great experience. Courteous staff, suave rooms, and great rooms mean that people book us up instantly.
Standard rooms come with a king sized bed laden with luxurious linen, a large wet room/ bathroom, ambient lighting, excellent WiFi connectivity, the usual tea and coffee facilities, flat screen television with 50 free channels, a trouser press, iron and ironing board, and mini-bar.
All Archon Lofts provide a 24 hour room service and security staff, a launderette, dedicated concierges, a reading and games rooms, and an exquisite Attico's pub.
One room can cost from $50 per room nightly, to $120 per room nightly. A standard room will cost $70/ night.
