To address your other requests: First of all, we think that your customer base will be overjoyed to have alternative options for feeding their pets. While some are able and perfectly happy to feed more economical, lower end brands, some pet guardians do need other alternatives due to special needs of their pets. Felines are especially finicky and hard to please, as well as having difficult to control issues at times.
Secondly, due to regulations about mice and food sources in the Confederacy, we are unable to can them at this time. Songbirds, I think are also not manageable, more so because of the amount of controversy that we already garnered for putting such rare meats as capybara and ostrich in some of our foods. My legal department is extremely unhappy as it is while they still try to reign in that PR adventure. Pigeon in a can - we might be able to work something out and we will let you know.
Lastly, because of the logistics of maximum loads of pallets for shipping purposes, we need to keep each pallet within reason. Our starter pallets in reality end up being split into multiple pallets, especially because of mass volumes of can weight. We will do the best we can and I think we can work out some sort of special volume deal and case discount for Calico, but for packaging reasons, I have been informed by my shipping department, and our contractor, Spedycja Mielowski, not to exceed those limits. I hope this has dealt satisfactorily with your needs and you realize that we will do the best we can to work with your company. Please let me know if there's anything else we can do for you.
