The Hegemonic Union has a long standing history of experience with conflict and warfare across various spectrums. Hegemonic Union Arms Export Agency is an umbrella organization of the Central Government tasked with overseeing and regulating the export of weaponry of the Arms Manufacturing Corporate and membership to the world. We act as a bridging party between the HU companies involved the manufacturing and designing of military hardware and foreign customers.

We offer the nations of the world our products, with the aim of providing them the means and tools to secure the sovereignty and freedom from those who seek to harm or otherwise. Our weapon designs follow the basic ethos of our military, where their practicality in combat, affordability to the user and only as complexity as required rank utmost high. We offer range of different systems within the restrictions on weapons as per Central Government degree.

Simple but effective, affordable but practical and modular for the different situation, logistics and doctrinal requirements.

Export information & rules

Domestic production rights

Most of our products are designed and manufactured locally and in the interest keeping jobs and profits within hands the businesses we represent. Therefor we will not simply give out the production right to all our designs at an equal level. We do however offer domestic production rights for some our weapons, at the cost of paying royalties per model produced locally. In these cases we also include our advice and technical expertise in setting up facilities at an initial charge at the guaranty of full production.

Whether or not DPRs are possible or not and the price for DPRs and the royalties that have to be payed are listed among the products price values.

Note: Export rules forbid to use DPRs for purpose of selling the product to a third party without permission from the Hegemonic Union Arms Export Agency. Modifications or smaller changes to the designs when locally are optional, but only permitted at our request. Copying or using parts of the design in other designs without permission is also forbidden. Violating either of these will result in blacklisting.

Security export restrictions

As with any nation in the business of exporting weaponry, we do not wish to see our products abused or fall into the wrong hands. This being the main reason the Arms Export Agency exists, with your patronage we thus presume you are willing to abide by the rules and requirements that restrict the sails of our products in the name of our national security.

We operate on a simple security scheme, all products have restriction levels attached to them which indicates our willingness to sell these weapons to different buyers depending on there standing with the Central Government or how trusty worthy the central government finds the buyers in question.

There are for security levels:
- Level 1: Lowest ranking, export are completely open to anyone except for those blacklisted or special cases which HU does not desire sell Arms to.
- Level 2: A Moderate security ranking, export are open to almost anyone provided the HU trusts the buyer sufficiently.
- Level 3: A Moderately high ranking, export are open to anyone the HU has sufficiently good relations with.
- Level 4: The highest possible ranking, export is restricted to HU allies only.

Whether or not a nations qualifies to buy hardware at a specific security level is judged on a case by case basis. When an order is places the Hegemonic Union Arms Export Agency will investigate into the specific government's politics, doctrines and policies. The HU stance towards said government and the respective governments history of interacting with other governments is also investigated. When a government that has placed to order has been found to comply with the requirements for the specific security level of the order, the order can be accepted. If not then the order or the specific product will be reject (any acceptable parts order might be accepted and will be delivered as normal.) We standby our right to set these requirements and simultaneously our right to reject orders without questioning in accordance with our policies, these are non-negotiable.

- All orders can be viewed OOC, but are otherwise considered SIC
- I have the right to deny your order for any reason I see fit
- I don't care much about your available budget, but ludicrous orders will be checked for viability via trackers. Please try to be sensible
- Don't plagiarize my designs or make changes without my permission

Note: blacklisting can be for IC or OOC reasons
Akimonad - Openly hostile foreign policy to the HU and allies.
Emmeria (Virana) - Embargo on imports and exports due to its Vigilantist doctrine and openly hostile foreign policy to the HU and allies.
Members of the International Coalition of Expansion - Embargoed due to its vigilantist charter and its expansionist policies.
Norvenia - Vigilantist doctrine
Rodarion - Blacklisted due to hostility towards the HU and support of terrorism

Description:
The Nenda-28 is an air launched surface attack missile designed for anti-shipping purposes. It is a relatively cheap anti-ship missile that uses a high trust rocket combined with a high altitude flight profile to achieve hypersonic speed and penetrate naval defences. Originally envision to be carried in large quanities on maritime strike bombers and strike fighters, it would be used in conjunction with other missiles to soften ship defences by sinking escorts or forcing them to expand their available missiles to intercept the Nenda-28s, weakening them to follow up strikes. The Nenda-28s short production line was soon replaced by a technically far more capable upgrade called Nenda-28M, which added a far more effective air-augmented rocket and great fuel capacity which improved range by a considerable margin while retaining all of its capabilities. The Nenda-28M provides relatively cheap and effective stand off strike capabilities to maritime strike aircraft that can be deployed in sufficiently sized numbers able to penetrate the defences of most ships in service.

Unified Navy Missile Launch System (UNMLS)

Image

The Unified Navy Missile Launch System is a designation for a series of vertical launch systems designed for use by the Unified Navy. There are three versions of the system who have the option of several different lengths in order to be mounted various types of ships.

The Hegemonic Union Arms Export Agency has the right to sell domestic production rights to foreign countries who in turn can use the UNMLS to refit there existing ships, or design new ships who can operate Unified Navy weapon systems.

The available options
There are three UNMLS versions.

UNMLS-5 is the lightest of the three and is the primary vertical launch system in use. It is a multi-roll hot launch VLS used to carry various types of surface to air missiles, stand of anti-submarine missiles and various types of cruise and anti-ship missiles. Generally any type of missile can be fitted provided it fits the dimensions.

The basic module contains 8 missile square shaped cells who's sides are 0.5 meters. A single module can be used to create larger arrays. The general VLS modules used by the Unified Navy are 16-cell, 64-cell and 96-cell arrays.

The UNMLS-5 comes in three lengths to choose from. Self-Defence length where the tube depth is 0.6m and intended for short range area defense and point defense missiles. Area-defence length, which has a tube depth of 6.5m and in intended to be able to carry all defensive weapons of the UN arsenal. And finally the strike length with a tube depth of 7 meters and can hold all UNMLS-5 compatible missiles including various cruise missiles.

UNMLS-7 is a medium weight VLS and used to carry the larger class of missiles on most types of ships. They are multi-role but tailored primarily for anti-surface strike capabilities and some specialist weaponry. They are like the UNMLS-5 arraying in a 8 circle shaped cell per module. It used a more durable cold launch system and the tubes have a diameter of 0.7 m. They come in two lenghts, a standard lenght of 9 meters tube depth and a extended length of 12 meters tube depth which are able to hold the longer classes of missiles.

The module are generally arranged I a single 8-cell array, 16-cell array, 48-cell array or 64-cell arrays.

UNMLS-14 is the largest and heaviest of the three and is used to carry the heavy duty missiles. The UNMLS-14 is a cold launch VLS that comes in modular arrays of 4 missile per row with a opentional amount of rows. The UN generally uses 12-cell, 48-cell or 64-cell arrays on their ships. The cells themselves are 12 meters deep and arranged in a square with sides of 1.4 meters. The UNMLS-14 is also able to quad pack missile canisters of the UNMLS-7.

The UNMLS series is compatible with UN weapons, but it is possible for other missiles to be operated from either of the three variants as long as the dimensions fit the respective VLS. Design specifications for the canisters competible with each variant and sub-variants are delivered along with the DPR and allow buyers to operate other missiles from the UNMLS.

Most esteemed client,

We are grateful for you choosing our products. Your order has been confirmed and is denied. The background checks on your government raised objections the matter of intent. We can unfortunately not clarify in its entirely as we are not authorized to reveal details of political assessments made by the department of external security.

Two matter we can justify however are.

First of all we cannot agree to Assisted Oversees Production Agreement, as much as we understand the importance of this the Titanican economy it is simply in violation with the policy of the Hegemonic Union Arms Export Agency, baring domestic production rights for some systems we cannot agree out sourcing jobs to foreign countries or employing our own in a foreign country without specific agreements, which currently is not an option.

Secondly we simply do not wish to export our weaponry to the United Ditorates of Titianicia, which has previously shown itself to be high unstable and prone forgo realistic politics in favor of the irrational use military force to intimidate other nations or attempt at colonizing, often without no reason historical or political beyond reasoning beyond "requiring more resources' or 'trying to establish itself a major power.' While this may have changed overtime we simply cannot at this point satisfy our security concerns regarding this matter and will have to bare any arms export to the United Ditorates of Titianicia until we can confirm that this doctrine has changed in such a way that we can regard it as acceptable.

Thank you for your understanding.
