Allow me to introduce myself: I am the Rt Hon Gerald Nelson, His Majesty's Secretary of State for Transport, and in this capacity I am the ex-officio Governor of the Board of the Snowflake Airline, the Crown corporation that provides air transport services within and without Themiclesia. Despite being a Crown corporation, we do permit private investment, and the stake of the Crown currently is ¹/₄ of the aggregate ownership; nevertheless, this corporation is required by statute to follow government policy, and does possess some elements of mandatory public service.
