I need a new flag, $80,000,000,000 REWARD!

Okay, for several months I've had this flag, and now I'm a bit sick of it. So I'm looking for one of you to make my nation a new flag, with a HUGE reward. The reward is $80,000,000,000, that's 80 billion USD. So, here is some info on my nation and what I would like on my flag:
1) My nation is capitalist, so NO Hammers and Sickles, no RED colors, etc.
2) I want 3 horizontal stripes, see my current flag for examples...
3) My nation currently has 8 states, hence the 8 pointed star on my flag.
4) Flag waving, and another War Torn flag if possible.
...

That is all I've got for now, if you want to ask any questions, please feel free to do so! Oh, and please NO MSPAINT FLAGS, I want a nice, crisp and clean looking flag. Please try to have a high resolution flag, I don't want any pixels.

Can you tell us a little bit about your nation? I sorta have the layout of a flag done, but I'm not sure what else to put in relation to the 8 states? Are they sorta united? or are they separate states? Also you state that your nation is capitalist. How capitalist? These might influence the type of flag I am designing for you.

The states are united, just like the USA. We use a form of capitalism called State Capitalism, feel free to ask any more questions!

This is what I mostly came up with. I figure you could use the nationstates interface for the "wrinkled flag" effect since I couldn't really do any amazing wrinkled flag effects

Here is the battle worn version:

The star represents the 8 states (just like the previous flag) an the circle represents unity or being united. The building/rectangle structures in the middle represent capitalism while the ring around it represents the idea of state capitalism. To be honest, I think this flag looks better than my own flag.
