Subject: Co-Opportunities

To whom it may concern,

We are interested to the rights of your G-26 Excalibur Warrior tank and your GH-2 Jengking helicopter; including the rights to tear them apart to use the parts in other weapons. We also want the right to make better or worse versions of the parts of these two weapons, while being able to sell said replicated parts in our products.

A percentage of the profits will go to you, according to how much of the mass of said products use parts based off yours.

Max spending price is 1000 times the price of both weapons, each.

It has been designed to reduce radar signature, infrared radiation, underwater noise and magnetic signature make the ship as invisible as possible to an enemy.

The frigates will be equipped with the MISTRESS (Multipurpose Threat Reductions System) command and control system. The MISTRESS system integrates Commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) units, letting in a waiter, a console computer, an interface computer, a LAN switch and a UPS unit in an environmentally protected 19” stand. It is grounded along the standard open architecture program.

The MISTRESS receives information from ship board sensors and distributes the data to weapon systems after evaluation. The information processing system makes an electronic image of the real-time situation around the frigate.

The frigate can exchange information with other units based at sea, air or ground. The communications are conveyed through data links and other computer networks.
