Aerospace Logistics Corporation

Corporate Information

Hello, and welcome to the Aerospace Logistics Corporation!

Our company is one of the largest transnational corporate entities in the world, with over a billion employees and branches in nearly half a hundred nations. We are not bound to or centered around any specific nation; the company's management and industrial structure transcend the national and regional borders.

The Aerospace Logistics Corporation, or ALC, is involved in a wide range of industries. There's almost no legitimate business we don't have direct or indirect presence in. Our priority directions, however, are:

* Air transportation
The ALC Airlines transport passengers and cargo across the world at highly competitive rates.
While our first priority is making air travel as accessible as possible, the Aerospace Prime, our luxury division, offers aerial and suborbital travel for the most discerning customers - from deluxe suites to airliner rental.

* Aircraft and spacecraft manufacturing
The second most important business segment after ALC Airlines, the Manufacturing divisions produce unique and highly effective aircraft for all applications, as well as spacecraft for special purposes.

* Space exploration and fundamental science
One of the few corporate entities in the world to look so far into the future, Aerospace Logistics maintains extremely well-funded Fundamental Science Division and Space Research Division, cooperating with governmental and non-governmental organizations worldwide to ensure continued technical progress decades and centuries into the future.

* High technologies and nanotechnology
All of our fundamental discoveries rapidly find a practical application. Aerospace Logistics is the founding member of the Nanotechnology Science and Manufacturing Consortium, a joint international venture to expand our technology's capabilities starting from the molecular level.

* Defense industry
Operating outside the governments and therefore not protected by any, the company has to maintain a strong armed force to ensure its security. In order to recoup some of the costs involved, we are now exporting most of the armament originally developed for our self-defense. As a budget-conscious entity, the defense products of Aerospace Logistics always maintain a competitive price/performance ratio, with a strong accent on high performance.

Dear Sirs,

As a major consumer of the R2 Advanced Infantry Rifle and soon other Aerospace Logistics products, Vandaheim sees itself as a major strategic partner of Aerospace Logistics. To further relations with Aerospace Logistics, we propose the following:

We humbly apply for membership in the Nanotechnology Science and Manufacturing Consortium. The Mara Bay National Science Laboratory is Vandaheim's leading facillity in the advanced material sciences field and are working on cylindrical and spherical fullerene research with carbon and boron sillicate materials as well as manufacturing transparent synthetic diamond sheets.

We extend an invitation for ALC Airlines to open a hub at the Karol International Airport in our capitol of Karol. We are also interested in developing a space launch facillity/terminal with ALC advisement.

Thank you,

Valter Korkran
Lord Emmissary of Vandaheim State

Aerospace Logistics Corporation

From: Stanley Daniels
To: Valter Korkran,
Lord Emmissary of Vandaheim State

Dear Mr.Korkran,

I am most pleased to hear of your intentions. As such, I have contacted the NSMC administration, and they are ready to accept your membership in the Consortium. Contact is being established with the Mara Bay National Science Laboratory in order to organize the technological exchange and transnational collaboration.

The ALC Airlines are always seeking to extend the route coverage, and will establish an exchange hub in Karol at the nearest technical opportunity.

Our company has a diverse experience in space launches; could you provide a little more specifics as to the planned payloads and throughput for the terminal? We would also be ready to collaborate on space launcher production, so as to reduce the overall cost through use of existing assembly lines.

Sincerely yours,
Stanley Daniels,
Chief of ALC International Relations Department.

Dear Mr. Daniels:

Vandaheim is entering a new age of scientific and technical independence. We have long used the services of other nations to pursue our interests in space. We seek to gain our own capabilities. The High Chancellor has set forth a directive that Vandaheim expand its vision into the heavens and join nations on this new higher ground.

A. We wish to build a launch facility capable of cost effectively launching satellites into orbit. This facillity will eventually support the establishment of manned orbital space station.

B. We wish to build a smaller manned space flight facility for scientific experimentation and space training. This may be expanded into a larger space plane facillity if traffic demands such.

C. We wish to develop a rail gun to cheaply launch insensitive space cargos into orbit to eventually supply the future space station.

We understand these are ambitious goals that will require trillions of dollars and years of development, but the government is willing to pledge considerable support of the endevour over a long term period.

Thank you,

Valter Korkran
Lord Emmissary of Vandaheim State

Hydrium

Postby Hyperbaria » Thu Nov 05, 2009 10:10 pm

Dear sirs:
We realize that you are the greatest areoneers in the known world. This has led us to propose a trade relationship, in which we receive airships and you receive hydrium, the lightest gas in the world! How does this sound?

Karnei Shomron would like to invite you to our country. We need your technological advances.

Thank You, Shimon Goldberg.

P.S. We are willing to trade cars for this privilege.
First they came for the communists, and I did not speak out—
because I was not a communist;
Then they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—
because I was not a socialist;
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—
because I was not a trade unionist;
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
because I was not a Jew;
Then they came for me-- and there was no one left to speak out for me.
