The Erusian Federation Navy is proud to reveal its crowning achievement in naval design, the new might and majesty of the Erusian 2nd Fleet. For the past decade, plans were gathered by Erusia and other socialist allies for the creation of the ultimate multi-roll capitol ship to replace the decaying Battleships of the 2 fleet. This project was titled H-11 and centered on the construction of a ship able to defend itself, possess unsurpassed offensive power, and be able to relay commands to other ships within the fleet. The H-11 Project has recently culminated into fruition with the completion of the first of the Almirante class, the EFNS Royal Sovereign, BBGMN-029.

The following are declassified specs:
1217 Feet long, 150 feet wide
Draft: 38 feet.
Tonnage: 125,000 average
Armor: classified application and consistency. Max of 20 inches
Armement:
9 16.5 inch Gacupo smoothbores within 3 turrets.
6 AK-130 DP turrets
9 CIWS
multiple adjustment VlS for numerous SSM SAM and ASW. Most notable Brah Mos.
Defence: Flares, Decoys, CIWS, and ECM emplacements.
Aircraft: 3 scout helicopter capacity within under deck hanger.
Propulsion: 2 main M4W Nuclear reactors, 8 GP7s reserve boilers, 4 HERT turbines driving quadruple screws
Speed: 30+ on full capacity. 23 on reserve boilers.
Complement: 2200

As of now, The Federation Navy plans to construct two more Almirante class vessels. The Erusian Federation Extends an offer of joint research in further development of the naval prowess of these mighty vessels.

The Erusian Federation would also be willing to assist other nations via support of these ships, or through the assistance of designing there own vessel. The Royal Sovereign is open to assist other nations with friendly intensions.

There has been the saying that the man of war is the best ambassador. I would like to offer the services of the Crown Ship Yards, Gunnery and Engineering Divisions to allow for assistiance with these vessels, the Royal Navy currently operates the Impregnable class battleship, what help do you need.

The Royal Navy applauds your efforts with this class vessel. While we are firmly of the belief that dreadnaughts are thoroughly obsolete, we do appreciate quality design work.

the Erusian Navy has relied on the cooperation of sympathetic nations to help with the construction and tech necessary to equip the Royal Sovereign. Russia has been the largest nation to covertly contribute to the project. However, many leaders of both the Erusian government and navy dispute the need for two more heavy warships. Such arguments call for a cancelation, carrier conversion of one of the ships, or the limiting of further ships to 900 feet.
