The Bourbon Bourse (Bourbon Stock Exchange) was established in 1864 by the Montignan Expeditionary Trading Company to trade in its shares and bonds, with its headquarters located in the financial centre of Bourbon, Montigne. Since then, the Bourse has continued to provide efficient access to investment opportunities for Montignan domestic investors and capital to Montignan businesses for over a century.
Now, the Bourse has rebranded itself as the Bourbon International Stock Exchange (listed as BOURSE) in order to provide international companies with the possibility to raise capital and diversify corporate governance - facilitating company and economic growth. With our services and trading capabilities, small and private investors would have better investment opportunities compared to what is currently available on other exchanges, allowing them to better share corporate profits through dividends and increases in the price of their listed shares.
As of 2012, BOURSE pledges to continue to pursue our dedication to our client-focused services, in order to allow corporations, governments, individuals and organizations to explore opportunities for growth through investment. We hope to extend our services to a broader array of international clients.
BOURSE continues to expand its network of strategic corporate partnerships with governments, corporations, banking and financial institutions and organizations. The Bourbon International Stock Exchange is proud of its working partnership with the following organizations:
