IC:The International Slave Market is a government run industry in the Soviet Empire which sells criminals on the global scale, it was founded in 1985 by Vladimir Jackson as an industry which sold foreigners on the global market however in 2000 Vladimir King reformed it to sell criminals on the itnernational market. Its goal is to provide better lives to all while punishing criminals at the same time, the government uses the money gained from its sales to fund schools and feed starving people. However rules apply as to who can and cannot buy slaves from the market. The IST slaves can be used for any reason at all, anything from cleaning, to mining, to factory work, the IST ensures the everlasting quality of all slaves.

The following types of criminals are sold on the market.

Murderers:1500 NSD
Mass Murderers:4000 NSD
Terrorists:8000 NSD
Traitors:10,000 NSD

You may also buy pony criminals as slaves if requested.

And there is a limit of 100,000 slaves per customer. Remember these are all criminals and the ISM is not responsible for deaths or injuries caused by slaves. There are also several traits the slaves can be bought with.

SKILLS
Building:200 NSD extra per slave
Science:500 NSD extra per slave
Military:600 NSD extra per slave
Mining:300 NSD extra per slave

EDUCATION
High school/GED:200 extra per slave
1 Year college degree:300 extra per slave
2 Year college degree:400 extra per slave
3 Year college degree:600 extra per slave
Masters degree:1000 extra per slave

You may pick the degree of your choice.

The company sells slaves on the international community al reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, the IST stands for quality and good service for all and wishes to provide every family an easier life. The IST does not offer refunds, the IST does not sell to nations that wish to free slaves, the IST does not sell to nations that condemns the trade. The IST gives 5% discounts to allies, the IST gives 5% discounts to bulk orders.

1.) I declared condemnation, the organization of a task force to assist escapists, and warned you not to attempt to extract them. I figured that's all something a real nation that can't declare war would do.

Reason I need them is because most of my people are indoctrinated to be bricks, and I need some scientists for the 2015 weapon line. All of them will be "rehabilitated" (read: made to work on pain of death) before being sent to labs, and will be held in security when not working.

In FT, I don't need any due to droids, but if I decide to MT for some reason, sure thing.
