While the exact figures concerning our funding is irrelevant, I would like to inform you that it is a significant enough sum that we would like to mainly bolster our fighter divisions. In order to acquire this caliber of technology we've been forced to travel outside our own local and even regional arms manufacturing venues. And so it should come as no surprise to you when we say we are looking for the most versatile and cost effective products available. To do this we've taken steps to contact multiple international arms and armor organizations worldwide for their quality product lines. I would like to inform you that Halcyon Arms has been chosen over the others as it is one of the most premier aircraft designers in the field.

In order to efficiently arm even part of our Air Force we would require at the minimum the sum of one thousand fighters. However, the only appropriate fighter available from your respective store front while priced competitively is currently too expensive for us to acquire in bulk. If we were to purchase the allotment at once we'd be forced to draw funding away from our other branches which is in no way acceptable, and even then we'd be forced to reduce our order. We feel as if this would put too much of a strain on our economy and that this much government expenditure would not be warranted for only one deal, within one year that is. And it is with the utmost respect that we request a seven year payment plan for this one bulk order. Demporia would be able to provide the sum of 11,491,082,496 NSD dollars annually for the entirety of six years with the remaining expense to be paid at the beginning of the seventh year. Or if requested said sum could be further broken up into monthly payments. It is our sincere wish that this deal can be established between you and us, and we sincerely hope our lack of funds does not offend you in any way. It will certainly not offend anyone on our half of the deal if you would like to amend or outright deny this payment plan proposal.

However, beyond the confirmation of our delivery, there is another topic I would like to discuss with you. You see, just as we have recently deigned to re-equip our Air Force. We've also allocated considerably greater funds to a full revamp of our Army. It is our hope that if our soon to be proposed deal is to be approved,that we can successfully in the next five years phase out our current arms. And replace them with superior, predominantly Halcyon produced equipment.

We're doing this, as it has to come to our attention that our current armaments are becoming increasingly outdated. Our aircrews and engineers are a prime example of this, as they all together lack a standardized light but also effective weapon. The "Deadeye Defender" Submachine gun, which is included in our proposed order should remedy this. But the problem is bigger than this, and thus there are to put it lightly, many more things in the order.

Still, this however presents it's own problem, pricing. And while our budget this time is quite large we do still need to acquire some items outside the Haycyon Storefront. To remedy this, and also allow us to purchase from you. We would like to humbly request another payment plan. More specifically a five year plan. In which 1/5 of the order below's total value would be paid every year for the entire length of the plan. Please do note, we would like our other order to be processed and shipped separately. ~After careful analysis and several reliability trials, the overall assessment of the NEDAF Flight Testing Center Team is that the Halcyon aircraft are reliable and more than adequate for the assigned purposes of the NEDF.
With an additional team of the NED Naval Air Wing present, the trial Krakens were further used in test littoral operations and at sea during both sunny and inclement weather over the Mederano. This was in addition to over ground testing done by the NEDAF test pilots. They were able to test the UH-24 Fox rotor craft as well during seaborne trial operations and reported back highly on its capabilities.

The armaments for the Kraken offer extreme offensive stopping capability in anti-ship operations. While, over land, the Kraken can perform adequately and defend itself, it is recommended that it is not put into the role of an air superiority fighter, but rather focused towards naval operations. The maintenance factor also rates highly with personnel that performed shake down tests on all the aircraft.
The UH-24 Fox are very agile, reliable cargo transporters and troop transports as well. They will do best in this function and be an invaluable tool in air assault and quick response operations.
These aircraft will be a valuable asset and better than anything currently domestically produced for similar purposes. This is an abbreviated summary of the original IACA.
