The Hezar Islands Economic Discussion

The Discussion was taking place in Novgorod, capital of Soviet Ruk-Tsan. The meeting hall had been prepared, and Viktor Petrenkov, general secretary of Ruk-Tsan, took his seat, waiting for the other leaders of Hezar islands to arrive.

Prime Minister Charles Trotter arrived, looked around, and took his seat in the hall. He attempted to spark up conversation with Viktor, while they waited for the others.
"So, er... whats your favorite colour?"

"Red." Viktor replied with little interest.

"Ah, mines gold, like syrup!" said Charles, but he soon realised that Viktor was here fo buiseness only.
