Demetrio Bianchi, CEO of AME

Aegean Military Enterprises, here on referred to as Aegean, is a multi-facet, multi-national military production and manufacturing corporation. It was originally founded in 2E63 by an Itailian firearms engineer named Demetrio Bianchi who intended to found a military arms corporation that would one day end up rivalling Venenzio Arms or Townsend Military Corporation within the Empire and on an international level. Bianchi realized that in order to do this, he needed funds, funds from alot of different places and people. He sought outside of the Empire, and found investors in the nations of Novograd IV, Esternial and Cyrupe who all provided him with the funds he needed, in exchange for becoming partners within the corporation. By 2E65, their gross annual income was nearing six billion Nationstates Standard Dollar and Bianchi began a common Itailian tactic; buying out the competetion. In 2E68, he completed his dream when he bought out Townsend Military Corporations, who also subsequently owned Venenzio Arms, the purchase which nearly thripled Aegean's manufacturing and production capacity, as well as it's manpower. By 2E69, Aegean held numerous major military contracts in all of the partner's native countries and was sponsored by their respective governments, leading to Aegean to officially open their doors on the international level. In 2E70, a entity known as the L7 Conglomerate had purchased the majority shares of Esternial, Cyrupe and Novograd, effectively cutting the partnership down to two entities. Two months later, Demetrio formally announced the partnership between Aegean Military Enterprises and L7 Conglomerate

Purchasing Guidelines

Being a rather formal military corporation, Aegean will only officially respond and recognize orders that have been submitted in a formal communique and have followed standard international protocol. They may respond to orders that do not have the total sum of their order calculated, however an additional fee may be added ontop of the order's final total.

Aegean does not allow customers to purchase Domestic Production Rights to any of it's products, no matter the nation's name, reputation or history. We do not believe in handing over the entire design and blueprint for a product we worked hard on so that it may possibly be manipulated or redesigned without our permission. Aegean does however offer Foreign Manufacturing Licenses to certain customers, who may request said License which would allow Aegean to come into their nation and construct factories, the number be dependent on the customer's wishes, and hire from the local populace or bring in their own specified workers to manufacture and sell products to said customer's nation for a certain number of years, to be determined individually for each customer.

Foreign Production Hosts and Partners

When Aegean was founded originally in 2E63, part of the original deal/contract between the founding partners was that if approved by their governments, which it was later on, their native nations would become Foreign Production Hosts and Partners within Aegean Military Enterprises, with the company's profit being split between them. With the current number of Partners at 4, the company's profit is thus split 4 ways and there are four main production sites, split between the current number of partners within the corporation. Of course, as Aegean opened it's doors internationally, it welcomed the idea of future partners within the corporation, but only the most trusted and most vetted would be allowed into the partnership.

Based upon the above explanation, and in accordance by the authority of the Bundesrat and as consented by the authority of the Reichstag, under sovereign dictation of His Elected Majesty Aurel III, Commonwealth Government of the Kingdom, and as ratified by that of the Bundesversammlung, hereby I would like to request, on behalf of the Commonwealth Finance & Trade Ministry, upon the importation of 2,000 M3A2 Champion [main battle tanks], at the total exporting cost of US$20,000,000,000.00, or twenty billion in universal standard dollar denomination.

Upon confirmation of this trade agreement, the said projected amount of fund shall arrived within one working day's time through the Commonwealth Governmental account within the authorised central banking institution of Yohannes, that of the Yohannesische Bundesbank.
