In 1949, after the first Bar de Burg restaurant has gained great success, a second restaurant was opened. Keeping the same high standards, the second restaurant has also attracted many customers. As years passed, more and more restaurants were opened, and by
1963, there were restaurants in all major cities in Sophisticism. By 1981, there were over five hundred restaurants around the country.
The Bar de Burg menu is almost identical in all restaurants, and recipes for all dishes are exactly the same, so when going to any of our restaurants around the world, you always know what to expect for.
