Triumvirate Enteprises (TE) aims to bring you, the customer, the choice of military hardware that ranges from the vast and might Perun to simpler Frigates and gunboats. TE was founded when the Triumvirate, an alliance between Belfras, Useful Daveia, and NovaCaledonia, decided to place equipment it had developed on the export market.

Rules and Purchasing requirements

* While all sales can be viewed by all in the OOC manner, they are to be considered SIC (Secret in-character) in order to protect a particular nations interests.
* Any member of the Triumvirate has the right to refuse any and all sales and are obliged to blacklist an offending nation should any of the rules be breached.
* Any item listed as restricted requires authorisation to the required level by the Triumvirate prior to purchasing. Attempts to purchase restricted equipment without authorisation will be declined.
* If a nation wishes to purchase or hand pre-purchased equipment with the intention of handing it over to a third party, they must seek permission first. Most of the time permission will be granted, but breaching this rule will result in your nation being blacklisted. This is a restatement of a pre-existing rule.
* Please ensure that you have the funding available before making a purchase. Your budgets can be viewed on NSeconomy and Absolution NStracker. It is usually recommended that in either situation you form a payment plan to pay for an order in smaller lumps over a length of time. Payment plans, like orders, are capable of being rejected by retailers if the retailer in question feels the payment plan is not suitable.
*Do your own maths. When you order something without stating a price the retailer has to do what you should've done. Excessive orders done such as this will be flatly rejected. A formula to use is to google $price x Quantity in US dollars.
*Any edits made to your orders after a response renders that order null and void.

The buyer has full rights to his/her purchased equipment. The rule that states the buyer must contact TE via TG or otherwise to gain permission to resell or give a purchase item away is purely so we may ensure that a blacklisted nation is not subverting the blacklisting or a nation currently at war with an allied nation is not gaining the aforementioned item. And, as stated prior, not seeking our permission when giving an item away will result in permanent blacklisting. Please, do not run the risk of being blacklisted by not simply filling out a 10-20 second TG saying who your giving an item too, the quantity and a link to the RP if one is applicable. Background checks will be quick and usually always comes back positive. We also appreciate how sometimes secrecy is key, if this is the issue please TG myself, Belfras, referring to the situation at hand. Complete confidentiality is held between the storefront and customers. This rule has been peiced together to summarise the rules prior.

Domestic Production Rights

In most of the vessels pages you will see that it has a DPR per vessel built tag with a price significantly lower than ordinary sale price listed. This is because upon purchase of a DPR, you pay the fee every time you build a vessel that you hold a DPR for in our catalog. The following measures at taken to ensure a DPR is upheld;

An oversight group are sent with the blueprints to oversee construction to ensure domestic shipyards are not breaching any regulations and that quality is being upheld. They will also alert TE to any infractions taking place and alert us to any vessels being built so that we may prepare to receive the fee.

Should a vessel be built without the fee being paid, it will be considered as theft and TE will begin procedures to retrieve the offending vessel(s) from the owner. At such a time, the DPRs will also be revoked from the offending organization and a blacklisting will be placed.

The Federal Republic would like to sinercercly appology, semingly our order was miscalculated in terms of how many we were trying to aquire,we are stil trying to find out where this mistake was made so far no one is wiling to take the blame.

After reading through your reccomendation we would like to slash our order down to a total off 11 to be operated by Estovakiva and her colonies, seeing we had no intentions off aquiring 25 ships off this size, that would have completly overloaded our docks as well as military-sea ports, one off the most likely reasons is that this "order" was wirrten before our currency and fundings had a decline but we are unsure as off now.

However the funding for the 11 ships wil be delivered over 1-5 years.

The Itailian Navy has always prided itself on being the most funded of all of His Imperial Majesty's Armed Forces branches, and after finding excellent corporations who continue to introduce into this world's naval warfare market cutting edge technology and state of the art ships, we are even more prideful of the amount of funding we receive.
Therefore, the Itailian Navy has examined the inventory of your corporation. While we have selected one ship which would enter trial periods with the Navy for six months before being considered for front line duty, we have an inquiry about the capability of the CIWS system offered by your nation. How does it compare to the CIWS already installed as default systems on vessesl such as the Katalzan-class Amphibious Assault Ship, or the Valiant-class battleship?
Regarding our one order, the Joint Chiefs of Staff have approved our request and given us the go ahead to go on and request the purchase of two Perun class Nuclear powered Aviation Battleship, in which if we are allowed to purchase them they would then enter a trial period of six months with the 98th Imperial Flotilla, whose sole purpose is for ships on trial periods. Should their performance in the 98th over six months be exemplary, then the Navy Board of Admirals will then consider choosing the Perun-class as a front line vessel, in which case we would return to lodge another order with your fine corporation.
We'd also like to inquire if the Twin Amanitte Empire quailfies for any of your fine discounts, as we did have previously strong ties with them before they departed Black Hills.

We'd like to begin by thanking you for your interest in the Perun-class BBVN and the Type 870 'M'. Before I begin writing about the differences between CIWS I would be happy to announce your order for two (2) Perun-class BBVNs for trials has been successful for the amount of $165 billion. We hope these vessels will prove themselves worthy of your Navy and satisfy any requirements. I would also like to take the time to say that if you are a Lyran Arms customer to see about replacing the Tomahawks that would otherwise be installed by default with the HK7 'Viking' Hypersonic Cruise Missile or the LY589 Hellion Advanced Cruise Missile as these two missile systems are capable of launching from almost any system that could carry a Tomahawk and have proven themselves its superior.

I'll begin comparing the Type 870 with CIWS equipment aboard the Kazatlan, a vessel that is also currently in use by the Belfrasian Navy and served as a test-bed for tests of the Type 870.
As you may already know the Kazatlan is equipped with four LY774 35mm naval autocannons, two Goalkeeper CIWS and eight RIM-116B 21-cell Rolling Airframe Missile Launchers. Going chronologically the LY774 35mm autocannon has an effective range of 1.5 miles (2400 metres) whereas the Type 870 'M' is equipped with two 30mm autocannons capable of engaging targets 1.86 miles (4,000 metres) away and up to an altitude of 3,000 metres.

The Kazatlan is also equipped with two Goalkeeper CIWS, which is equipped with a 30mm seven-barrel gatling gun with a range of 1.24 miles (2,000 metres) and a Rate of Fire of a staggering 4200 rounds per minute. The Type 870 'M' itself has, again, two 30mm six-barrel autocannons capable of engaging targets 1.86 miles (4,000 metres) out with a ROF of 10,000–12,000 rounds per minute. The place where the Type 870 'M' fails is when it goes up against the RIM-116B 21-cell Rolling Airframe Missile Launchers. As mentioned these RAMs are equipped with 21 missile cells each and are capable of sending a missile 5.6 miles (Nine kilometres) out at a speed in excess of Mach 2. Whereas the RAMs equipped on the Type 870 'M' are only six-cell each (a total of twelve) and send missiles 4.97 miles (Eight kilometres) out at similar speed to the RIM-116B. Resulting in a 0.63 mile shortfall in engagement radius overall. We do feel that this can be forgiven as the RIM-116B is specifically built to launch Surface-to-Air missiles whereas the RAM used aboard the Type 870 'M' is designed to work in tandem with the autocannon system.

I must admit my own stupidity when I say that I do have access to the Valiant-class Battleships specifications in order to present to you a comparison. However, with the aforewritten comparisons between the Type 870 'M' and systems seen aboard the Kazatlan hopefully the CIWS will be satisfactory. I would like to thank you again for the custom and enquirie into the Type 870 'M' Close In Weapon System.
