TO: Lyran Government Trade Department
FROM: 14 Allied States of Rebel Inshalla

We humbly request for the following supplies in our desperate need to remove a corrupted monarch from power. We highly suggest that the risks of supplying the arms are high and we have zero control over sea and air. All we have in our power is a small dockyard that harbours out PT Boats and what few destroyers we have left. We're willing to use our Law and Order funds to support this order.

AR44 Rifle, we require at least 5,000 (6m)
LY19 Machine Gun, we require 2,000 (5m)
Lycos Machete, we require 10,000 (1m)
LY219 IFV, we require 200 (850m)
LY224 HIFV, we require 100 (700m)
LY7/366 Howitzer, we need 80 (720m)

Grand Total: 2.282bn

For the Allied States!

From: Chief Marshal Eileen Millenahus, RCW DoD
To: Lt. General Aleksandr, Lyran Governmental Trade Department

Given the seeming lull in international tensions involving allied states and by extension, the Commonwealth itself, for the moment at least, it behooves my department to inquire about possibly settling some minor technical affairs which could maintain the Commonwealth's readiness to honor its' various commitments and indeed its' own responsibility to defend its' citizens as best as able. In particular, to do so in a manner that presumes minimally upon our diplomatic standing with the Protectorate and indeed other nations aligned with either of ours.

To wit, thus, we primarily seek to expand our force of Hatchet frigates in their nuclear-powered version to better escort and sustain our existing and presently-sufficient ten Longsword supercapital missile battleships acting as Combined Fleet flagships; the purchase being itemized at the bottom as so helpfully done by my staff in preparing the bill to be included with this Letter of Intent. No particular modifications, apart from use of the nuclear propulsion version of this vessel type, are requested. The existing modular options have in our service proven to both match and exceed their designed utility, and indeed allowed us to avoid many redundant outlays searching for other supporting vessel types to keep pace and standard with our main body of other reactor-driven warships.

We also wish to inquire after the domestic-production license costs for several ground systems. First is the basic, direct-fire LY6/406 Werewolf version; our LY6/366 indirect-fire ones have served admirably for quite some time but with the advent of the LY7/366 Lammasu self-propelled gun proper, and the desire to separate our two existing assault-versus-bombardment artillery roles more distinctly even if both remain doctrinally employed where and as necessary to unit or formation missions of course, we feel switching our Werewolf license to the default type or else acquiring the additional type's license would be the simplest approach. I believe that the price would be $45bn, as our records for the LY6/366 license stated, but of course if this is incorrect your Department may indeed set us straight and we will gladly pay upon acknowledgment of any error in our order. Further items are listed below, but as-relevant all the same due to our need not to waste what time fortune has given us.

Further of interest to this Department are the licensing costs for the C-10 Minotaur strategic airlift plane and KC-747 Galt strategic tanker; we've long employed both the An-225 and An-124 for separate heavy cargo and heavy airdrop lifting tasks, but in line with present modernizations and passing the airdrop role to C-17 Globemasters themselves replacing other units' aircraft yet, we feel both Antonov-equipped groups can be fused into much the same force under one aircraft type for obvious unit capability and sustainability benefits. We've included bulk orders below for both cargo and tanker aircraft however, to accelerate the relevant unit transitions; thus our order roughly comprises...

  • 500 Hatchet nuclear-powered modular frigates ($960m USD) = $480bn USD
  • LY6/406 direct-fire-variant Werewolf DPR (45bn USD?) = $45bn USD
  • 15,000 C-10 Minotaur strategic cargo aircraft ($300m USD) = $4,500bn USD
  • 15,000 KC-747 Galt strategic refueling aircraft ($310m USD) = $4,650bn USD
  • 150,000,000 Lycos bayonet-machetes ($100 USD) plus DPR ($600m USD) = $15.6bn USD
  • 150,000,000 Badger trench-axes ($80 USD) plus DPR ($120m USD) = $12.12bn USD
  • LY1002 Hellsbreath thermobaric grenade DPR ($10bn) = $10bn USD

    Total = $9,712.72bn USD

We have every confidence these systems will continue to honor the high standard set by your nations' soldier-craftsmen, and wish you continue to stand undaunted as an example of honor among an often treacherous world. Again if my staff have included any errors in these requests, or any item is not cleared for the Commonwealth somehow, do please alert us and I'll naturally correct or omit the offending line-item as required in clarification to follow as soon as able.

Sincerely,
CM Eileen Millenhaus

Chair, RCW Joint Chiefs of Staff
