We are understanding of the security clearance concerns; being a relatively-new
military force (though not necessarily belonging to a new nation), it's
understandable that we would not have developed the necessary relationships and
positive reputation required for such clearance as of yet.

Thus, we are willing to drop the requested LY65 "Ru'ahk" RPG Launchers from our
order temporarily if it means allowing the remainder of the order to proceed
without issue.

Also, it has come to our attention that our original requisition lacked a
calculation of total cost per the requirements of Lyran Arms.  With the LY65
