ZR300 City Bus

The ZR300 city bus is the final model of the ZR Series city buses. It features a modern design and comes equipped with the latest in bus technology, including reversing camera, electronically adjustable air suspension and a series of Euro III and Euro IV engines. The ZR300 comes with a range of three engines: one V8 and two six-cylinder engines with biofuel/diesel/flexi-fuel options. The ZR300 can be fitted with a range of ticket/card machines and customers can order a standard factory assembled ticket/card machine as well.

The ZR300 is an excellent choice for any urban bus routes and services. It has room for standing, including rails and hand grips for standing passengers. 45 people can be accomodated seating and a further 15 people standing. The ZR300 is equipped with an electronic tire pressure regulation system and forward mounted perspex rear vision mirrors, which aid driver visibility and safety.

The ZX500 city bus is the first bus in the ZX500 series. It has an ultra-modern design encompassing the latest design trends. The ZX500 features new reflective tinted glass which keeps the heat out. The ZX500 encompasses the latest in bus technology as well, with new safety measures and technology combined into a modern, attractive package.

The ZX500 sits on a slightly modified and well proven C3500QX chassis, and so there is very little difference in dimensions. The ZX500 uses new "CleanFuel" diesel and bio/flexifuel engines. The same diesel engines as the old model are still used but the ZX500 comes with two new six cylinder engines as well. Improvements include a new non-slip floor coating, LED Bus Intergrated Management System (BIMS) and new exhaust resupply system. It features an aluminium-alloy construction, reducing weight and fuel costs. Other new groundbreaking technology included in the ZX500 are the new blindspot cameras and sensors, which let the driver know of vehicles in bus blindspots, an LCD screen and reversing camera (now with pan function, which let's the driver check all the area behind the bus while reversing) and new non-sequential manual gearbox with electronic clutch.

The ZX500 is an economical and reliable choice for any urban bus service.

Need to move large ammounts of passengers? The ZX500A articulated bus serves your needs. Based on the well proven ZX500 bus and using a modified platform which was also used in the ZX500. An ultra-modern design encompassing the latest in bus design, the ZX500A features the same safety systems and other features as the ZX500. These include all round laminated windows, non-slip floor coating and a reversing camera with pan function.

The ZX500A also comes with the Bus Intergrated Management System (BIMS) which allows the driver to plan ahead, adjust suspension height and access the safety functions manually, such as the reversing camera and blindspot warning systems. As well as this, the BIMS can also come with a touchscreen facility and route mapping system which is automatically saved into the BIMS memory drive. The ZX500A also comes with LED route signs and destination display.

Using the latest in construction technology, the ZX500A comes with Arnelas' "CleanFuel" diesel engines and bio/flexifuel engine options as well as new BiTurbo diesel engines with increase torque and power. The ZX500A is also constructed out of an aluminium alloy which keeps the weight and the fuel costs down. Inside, the bus has ample room for both standing and sitting passengers as well as heavy duty or standard air conditioning systems for hot and cold climates. The bus' suspension is also height adjustable and can "kneel" to aid passengers getting on or off the bus.
