There is not enough information. what do they look like? what are the designs on them? what type of sword are they, as opposed to their purpose, for ceremony? for example, are the similar to the gladius design? the claymore design? dagger-like?
how long are they? It is suggested that you only assume the task of coming up with a few rank's designs, and to show the different design for each rank. Each non-custom sword bearing rank must have a set design for that rank, and different for every rank. Please reply back with a far more complete application.

TO: HRH Queen Ashla Frostburough of Barisea.
CC: Barisean Armed Forces, Office for Equipment Procurement (or equivalent).

Return Adress: Master Virgil Mór of the Tribe of Wicklow, Inneoin House, Launceston, Free Lands of the Selkie.
Tuesday, 6th of Decembre, 2016.

Your Highness,
news of your quest for ceremonial armament for both military ranks and nobility, as well as persons, who made outstanding contributions to Barisea, has reached the Free Lands and made me very interested. As such, it would be my greatest honour to offer my services to you.
To introduce myself, I am Virgil Mór of the Tribe of Wicklow, a son of Launceston on the Icy Shore, Blacksmith by occupation, who's products are used both for ceremonies and sports. My products were featured in several movies, like The Crystal Chronicles, and several of the best sportspeople of the Free Lands use weapons forged by me. Ceremonial weaponry and armour of mine is in use every time a foreign guest of state arrives in Fortham's Elder Castle. Aside from that, I am indeed an ornamental blacksmith as well.

With my credentials presented, I would like to apply for arming the Prime and Major Royalties of Barisea with my swords and, if need should arise, other weapons. I take great pride in my products and would be willing to host someone of your choosing, or maybe even yourself, coming to my humble little workshop in order to check if I have, what you seek.
In addition to that, I am open to negotiations about prices and certain specifications of the weapons to be provided in the future.
The form required is attached below, filled out with the data for Eiseamláir, serving as an example of my abilities.

I hope for a quick reply and remain respectfully yours,
Virgil Mór of the Tribe of Wicklow,
Master-Blacksmith.

Name: Virgil Mór of the Tribe of Wicklow.
Country belonging to: The Free Lands of the Selkie.
Title supplying for: Prime and Major-Royalties.
Name of weapon: Eiseamláir.
Type of sword: Selkie-Longsword.
The Sword:
Selkie-Longswords like Eiseamláir stand at the end of a long development process, lasting centuries, refined over the years for use by cavalry-men and infantrymen, in close quarters and in open spaces.
Capable of being used for stabbing and cutting, this finely crafted sword for ceremonial purposes, is sharpened on both sides, features beautiful carvings along the blade, the crossguard and the pommel as well as silver inlays into the steel, while the handle is wrapped closely silver-wire, providing an excellent grip. Eiseamláir is 1.3 metres in total length and comes with the pictured scabbard.
In the right hands, Eiseamláir is not only a fashion-accessoire, but also a deadly weapon.
Price: To be negotiated.

OOC-note: Picture shamelessly taken from the The Elder Scrolls Wikia.
I play PT, MT and a bit FT. I am into character-RPs.

The Prime Royalty's weapons, however must be unique, and unlike one belonging to another royal. Please propose any more ranks you wish to supply for, and Perhaps consider creating a weapon for the princess, Avery Frostburough. If any measurements or review of combat style necessary, It will be supplied to aid in the search and creation of best fitted weapon for the princess.

The Kingdom Of Barisea

On Message of the Frostburough Royal Family

December 7th, 101st year after founding

Dear Sir,
Thank you for offering your services, Barisea is in need of such ceremonial weapons, although, for the field and staff ranks of officers, kindly requests that each rank have a separate and different sword, with the officers of the armed forces in total possessing nine different swords, one for each rank shown. Can, perchance, for the three current swords shown in this message, a specific rank be supplied, and in addition the type of sword?
If you would be so kind as to respond in a few days time as the longest, please do so.
Thank you,
Queen Ashla Of Barisea,
December 7th,
Frostdelle,
Barishore,

Your Highness,
I am deeply grateful for your words concerning Eiseamláir.
It is but one sword, forged by me and by my own hands, but my students can easily reproduce the blanks, while the carvers make carvings in accordance with the unique wishes of the Major Royalty in question - or they are made as similar to each other as possible.
Per sword, I would like to propose a price of 60 Gil, or 900 NSD, payment in advance and delivery included.

As for Prime Royalty, the unique swords can be made by me, that is little of a problem - in fact, it would be easier for me. However, while I thank you for your offer to supply further ranks with weapons, I have to respectfully decline as Major and Prime Royalties are the limit of my capacities as a blacksmith with workshop.
As such, it would indeed be my greatest pleasure to forge a sword for HRH Princess Avery. If possible, I would very much like to meet Her Highness to attune the sword in person to her, which is a practice amongst my people, knowing the one the sword is forged for.
Payment for that blade is up for discussion.

I hope for a quick reply and remain respectfully yours,

Your Highness,
it is my deepest pleasure - my apprentices are in fact working the first blanks into the swords we talked about and the carvers are preparing their tools as well.
As for my departure towards Barisea, it would be my pleasure to do so as soon as possible. How does Wednesday sound?

I remain respectfully yours,
Virgil Mór of the Tribe of Wicklow,
Master-Blacksmith.
I play PT, MT and a bit FT. I am into character-RPs.
My people are called the Selkie, the nation is usually called the Free Lands in MT-settings. Thanks.
