The Ministry of Health of the Grand Chainlands of Jinwoy
The Honourable Minister Pung Tan-Koi, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Research; The Honourable Minister Sylo Kalisaid,
and the approval of the Office of the President; His Excellency Raya Minibung
To all leaders of the international community, researchers from the nation have requested live human subjects from as many nations as possible, as part of a massive epigenetics and immunity research project. Members of the international community, such as yourself, have been requested to send as many as 4 live and healthy subjects (although, feel free to give more or less). We must stress that your nation is an important and integral part of this study, so please send people over to be well-fed and enjoy one of the world's most luxurious tourist spots!
The subjects sent over will be housed, fed, protected and given the amenities one would expect - including media and internet access, privacy when not being tested and the inalienable human rights that should naturally be given. Each nation will be compensated very handsomely, where each nation will be given $500,000 NSD per person which the nation at hand is free to hand back to the family at their discretion. A further $500,000 NSD of reimbursement will be issued if the person becomes subject to life-changing injury or, in the unlikely event, death. Citizens may be recalled at any time after 3 months of study. A penalty will be issued if the citizen is recalled prior, and will vary from situation to situation.
Please note that your nation will be updated with the results of this research as they become available.
"There is a time, and a thanks, for international cooperation. This is one of those many faithful times. While we are extremely thankful for those who have contributed to the project, we are currently overwhelmed with our research. We ask that you all continue to contribute so lovingly, as the more people we have who agree to our research, the easier our job becomes by paradox, and the more we can benefit humanity together."
- Dr Anna Rogers, Chief Research Director.
