THE TITIANICIAN ENCLAVE

To the highly esteemed Lyran Arms

The Titianician Armed Forces (which will be now referred as the TAF) has actively been seeking new equipment for several years now with it only recently been able to acquire several pieces of advanced weaponry from Myrmidon Tactical Design (which shall be now referred as MTD). Before that Titianicia was often greatly interested in Lyran arms but wished to be careful when to spend its wealth due to the often expensive nature of rearming an army. However the board of Directors have now chosen to acquire its weaponry from Lyran arms.

Currently we are currently seeking the ability to deploy and mobilise large amounts of weaponry relatively quickly as well as being able to project power across the region. You see Sondria is a politically active and destructive region where peace is often abandoned in favour of violence. The Titianician state while favouring diplomacy must inevitably deal with the vile nature of conflict and be able to succeed in conflict. Titianicia often needs to move vast amounts of weaponry across the battlefield, through the black ocean waters and into the hellish skies. This requires a significant logistical chain which is ultimately incredibly efficient.

However the most important thing for the TAF is the ability of power projection. Like all nations we desire to be powerful and the force arms are often the best way of breaking one's foe in combat. While MTD does provide excellent weaponry and equipment, the TAF is in need of alternative equipment as well. Right now the TAF seeks to augment is ability to project power across the region and possibly the globe if needed.

Therefore we'd like to see if we could purchase the following with the pay being spread over a 10 year period:
20x Heavily mechanised division packages for a total of USD 300 billion
15x KC-747 Galt airborne refuelling tankers for a total of USD 465,000,000
10x LY912 Dragonhawk Nuclear_engined Superheavy stand-off bomber for a total of USD 150 billion
On the behalf of the TAF and the Enclave I most say that while an alliance would be unlikely between our two nations, I do believe a non-aggression pact can be assured. While the event of conflict between is two nations is very small; thus such an agreement would field positive results for both parties involved. It'll also be futile for Titianicia to engage in a war were Lyras was present on the opposing side. I hope such an agreement is satisfactory for our purchase.
