9 November 2058. Guyana, Georgetown

The Capital of Guyana now was bright with fire and loud with the never ending firing of artillary. Peyton was sure this was going to happen eventually but he was prepared. Unlike the GRSA's claims of britains military being thinly spread it was now densly packed in Britiah Africa, Britain, and Guyana. Another large reinforcement of troops, tanks, and machinery had just arrived and had, to the GRSA, vanished. At the order of Peyton these hidden troops burst out of Guyana's surrounding forests and effectivly had encircled GRSA troops in the outer sections off Georgetown. Furthermore the devision of tanks were now placed in stratigic positions that could desroy any reinforcements approaching georgetown for miles around. Also, just minutes ago, all telecomunications in Guyana were obliterated by tank forces and viruses launched into the computer system. Consequently all satellites for this area were shut down or diverted by prevously launched computer programmes. The GRSA could make no contact with rebel troops within Georgetown and soon their order over forces would collapse. Electricity for the rest of Guyana had been stopped through a masterswitch found in Guyanan Elec. Co.(GEC) though Georgetown was still up and running. Citizens had been evacuated to safer Trinidad and Tobago till end of conflict. It was around 11pm that overhead was seen 25 Guyanan Airforce bombers, 82 ATA bombers, and 144 RAF (Royal Air Force) SB-40 Spitfires and Bombers. This would surely prove to be the battle for Guyana. These Bombers would take out ALL infrastructure, aswell as heavilly bombing any GRSA bases, camps, or reinforcements. It was widly agreed in the War Cabinet that the GRSA would have no choice but to give in for now. This situation reminded Peyton of the 1899 take over of Hong Kong, in that situation a compromise was made. A 99 year lease was made with the Chinese and were promised a handover in 1998. This indeed did happenen and herelded the end of the previous Empire. Such a deal could be made today. A telegram was now sent to GRSA hq proposing a 15 year lease that would end in the population voting for either British rule, GRSA rule, or full independence. This seemed reasonable considering that Britain were planning to transform Georgetown into a tradng and financial metropolis, and the GRSA surely would sideline this small country. Peyton had not yet autherised the bombing of the GRSA camps but all infrastructure was obliterated. The war cabinet eagerly awaited a reply.

10 November 2058. Iceland and Svalbard

Already these small islands were accepting the new rule and were growing exited with promised prospects of a large involvement in the ICC. At 9am the new Governer of Iceland and Svalbard, Lord O. Campbell, had stood at the Parliament balcony and told a crowd of around 3000 that Britain promised prosperity to Iceland and Svalbard in the future. Not only did the promise of the ICC exite the islanders but news on the building of a vast number of Geothermal Powerstations and Anti-matter Particle collider, did also. The Governor anounced that Iceland and Svalbard would be the new power capital of the world providing the mysterious Anti-matter fuel to power great ships and even cities. It is said a droplet of Anti-matter could power Manhattan for a day, and this new facitity was looking at a production of 1-2 letres daily! This would power the Empire.

10 November 2058. Somalia.

The fleet was ready for conquest over Somalia. Over the past 3 days 2 battalions of troops had made there way from the Dem. Rep. of Congo to the borders of Somalia, Consequently groving a 50 mile wide British ruled pathway to Somalia. Soon a superspeed railway would be built on this to transport goods from somalia to central Africa and the west coast. The fleet could be seen from Mogadishu, the Capital, and were so far met with no resistence. The troops left the ships and were met with a strange sight. The President of Somalia was in a large cage, being pointed at by basic rifles. This was surely the result of the rumours spread through Africa. A smooth transition of power would be found here. The new Governor of British Africa, Archduke Gregory Kitchner the Great Great Great grandson of Lord Kitchner, had broadcast a message to somalian TV that it soon would become the eastern gateway to Africa and would soon be pulled from its former poverty into a new society. Somalia had suffered badly in the fast few years and were desperate for help. This was there golden opertunity and they gladly took it.

Large trucks stationed in Brazil with what appeared to be have small dish satilates on their back's began relaying communications to and from rebels using a encrypted transmission that contained a virus that locked any computer that tried to intervene with the signal. After meeting with the President of Brazil a close friend and supporter of Caudillo military access was given to the Great Republic of South America also as a sign of support several bases were leased to the Republic. A army consisting of 60,000 infantry and around 10,000 light and heavy armored vehicles were using the super highways built by Britannia during the occupation to rush to Guyana. Bombers and fighters were landing in air bases throughout Brazil to prepare for the counter attack on Guyana.

Radio Transmission of Caudillo

Not only has Britain waged war on the world but now they dare attack civilians these air raids and bombing of theirs have destroyed infrastructural in Guyana destroying the life's of many. As a response to this threat I have ordered a force of totaling around 70,000 to be deployed to Guyana to combat this threat. It is a nations right to defend another nation besieged by a force that threatens the world. If the International community dares side with Briton then they are doing nothing but appeasing a beast that shall always hunger for more. I stand beside Guyana as does the military forces being deployed there to combat these foreigners!

After the message Caudillo spoke to a room full of hackers who were being well paid to give the British some of their own medicine. The hackers managed to disable British communication's in Guyana by constantly sending strong radio signals that override the British systems causing them to over heat and shut down. Another thing the hackers did was unleash their own virus but this they sent to British power plants that caused massive blackouts causing many citizens there to grow angry as power plant workers tried everything but couldn't get the power turned back on.

Lord Admiral Peyton was outraged as he saw the absolute arragance and stupidity of Caullido unfold infront of him. He had killed not a single civillian but on the contary was protecting the by evacuating them to nearby Trinidad and Tobago. Bombers had been assisted by highly detailed maps that were found in the Guyanan Government records and had only destroyed bridges, desolate train tracks, and key roads. Peyton guarenteed Mission command in London that the Bombers had killed no civillians whatsoever. Reinforcements from Africa were now seizing control of the 3 major cities of Charity, New Amsterdam, and Supernam. The number of British and ATA troops in Guyana were now approx. 130,000 and there was talk of further reinforcements for this crucial takeover. Over 4000 1st and 2nd class tanks now patrolled and protected the 4 cities with a further 8000 armored vehicles transporting goods or defending the cities perimeters. Preperations for further attack was now taking place as wooden spikes now were buing set up around the cities. All civillians of the 4 cities had now been evacuated to Trinidad and tobago and anyone not in military uniform was either captured or shot in the legs if running away. The cities sewer network had been searched thouroughly and the military were positive that the internal threat had been averted. The cities were now being powered by the vast, non-computerised, engines onboard the docked 2nd class destroyers and all communications now went through morse code. Viral threat had been 100% averted. Peyton was still unsure that a clear message on a truse had came from Caullido so sent a morse code message to GRSA hq,

Caudillo repose soon relayed back to the British Headquarters," Your terms have been rejected the international community will not abide such events to continue unopposed your attacks in Africa and now South America will only gain you more enemies then friends. The Great Republic of South America shall not be bullied into terms we have more then enough able bodied men to fight for our cause in the defense of Guyana if you wish to continue bloodshed then this is because your government not the GRSA."

The Rupununi Savannah was sized by the GRSA forces as anti air batteries were quickly established shooting down any planes that dared intrude into this airspace. Large numbers of long range Artillery began appearing as shells were constantly being fired into enemy positions. Cities, towns, and villages were fortified as the force totaled now to 200,000 regular GRSA military began fortifying the region against attack. Reinforcements and supplies were pouring into the region as rebels began to grow more organized and better equipped began raiding prisons freeing pow's offering them a place of safety if they wished it. Large numbers of irregular forces were appearing in Guyana to fight against the foreigner's as parties and groups around South America became even more united against the British. Many of these fighters didn't wish to see any nation in South America become a Foreign Countries puppet.

Peyton looked out of his balcony window in the Guyanan Parliament and saw vast explosions in the distance. This was unneccissary. GRSA and Britain were both fighting over a land which they both laid claims to. Britain had Built Guyana in the 1800's hence the name "Georgetown" after King George IV. The GRSA claimed Guyana for they shared the same continent. Peyton saw this similar to claim Britain could make for Romania as they "shared the same continent". Caudillo had rejected offers for a diplomatic agreement. Peyton looked at Caudillos tactics as harsh and unneccissary. He knew the plans for Guyana would benifit it far greater than joining the GRSA and would provide a better life for people there and all over the Empire. Peyton knew would be a tough conflict but things were getting extreme now. At 6am tommorow morning troops were going to move out and secure the borders. He hoped a minimal amount of blood would be shed. He felt the night around him eerie for a moment as the the fighting stopped momentarily..... yet then restarted. Then a small gentleman with headphones covering his ears raced in towards him. This was the communications officer,

"The Emperor has arrived back in London and has sent a message for your eyes only sir."

Peyton took the message out of the mans hands. It read,

!!DO NOT GIVE INTO THE GRSA!!IT IS CRUTIAL TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ICC!!I AM CURRENTLY TALKING OVER PLANS WITH THE WAR MINISTER, GENERAL ALMERS FOR FURTHER PLANS FOR SECURING GUYANA!!OFFER WESTERN GUYANA ALONG WITH 10 YEAR LEASE AGREEMENT TO CAUDILLO!!

Peyton was not surprised at this message. He made his way to the communications bay and sent the 10 year lease plan but with South Western Guyana included.

10 November 2058. Iceland

Another 25000 troops moved into Iceland packing the island with almost 35000 soldiers. The scarecly used Icelandic Barracks were now filled to the brim with British soldiers. Along with the soldiers came around 50 engineers and scientists, all keen to begin the reaserch and production of vast quantities of geo-thermal energy.

In easily two days, the military had the second largest city in Slovakia completely surrounded and ablaze. Commander Fekete at the South-western part of the city is directing fire missions from the air and artillery.

Fighting in the city center was ferocious. The weak Slovaks just didn't want to give up. I've called for a switch of ammunition. From the normal explosive rounds, to canister shells. There aren't any NATO tanks left in the Kassa area, so an anti-personnel round would be perfect. I call for a fire and watch the shotgun-esque shrapnel tear through 3 Slovak soldiers. I smirk and say, "They don't stand a chance."

"The conflict of Guyana will only end with the terms that the GRSA offers we refuse to accept any terms that your government offers. If we give into your government then we will be forced to give in to other outside governments when they threaten us. After consideration it has been decided that a cease fire will only be authorized by Caudillo if the following terms are agreed upon. "Western Guyana" shall be put under direct control of GRSA, instead of a 10 year contract it will be a 5 year contract, the British Empire must pay for war reparations for the damage done by air strikes against infrastructural in Guyana as a whole, all Guyana soldiers captured and currently held as Prisoner's of War SHALL be released to return to their families, all citizens of Guyana "evacuated" shall be allowed to return to Guyana and the British Government must sign a agreement that no more land on the South American Continent shall be seized by British forces to prevent further conflict between our two governments."

If these terms are rejected then the conflict in Guyana shall not end as Caudillo is determined to defend South America against foreign aggressors. A map of the new borders of Guyana will be sent with this message, we await your replay during the time it takes for you to replay the conflict in Guyana will cease but GRSA Military forces will defend themselves and the territory they are stationed in.

Guyana Treaty -

Britain agrees to a 5 year lease of eastern Guyana yet insists that at the end of this period of time a democratic vote shall be held to decide whether British rule should be continued, If GRSA rule should be introduced, or If the whole nation should become independent. This vote applies to both east and west Guyana and the votes shall be merged. After the 5 years no troops shall touch Guyanan soil for a minimum of 6 months. The number of troops in either west or east Guyana is limited to 35,000. Citizens may only become Guyanan for valid reason. Reperations shall be paid to the price of £54.5 million. This sum shall be fully paid between November 11 2058 - November 11 2063. The map enclosed is a decided map for east/ wast Guyana were each Government gains at least one city and coastline. The majority of the Population live in East Guyana yet West Guyana holds the largest land mass.

We've finally reached the Administration Building, here in Kassa. An RPG strikes the ground next to the tank. I call the explosive rounds to be brought back and order a fire mission on the source of the rocket. With a thud, I see an arm fly from the building. And at that moment, the whole division started taking fire. I leave my command and man the mounted chaingun on the top of the tank, hearing bullets fly by my ears, I lay down suppressive fire, so my men can move up.

The British government accepts the further demands from the GRSA government. The British Government would like to make clear that the previously agreed map of East/West Guyana is to stay this way unchanged till the 11 November 2063 at 12.00pm local time when the two states shall merge to the democraticly chosen rule. No troops shall be stationed in East/West Guyana untill 11 December 2063, 1 month after Governmental change. The two sides of Guyana shall be acknowledged as States ruled buy Britain(East) and the GRSA(West). Seperation shall be announced on the 11th November 2058 at midday. If GRSA and Britain fall into a war between each other these two dominions shall remain neutral to one another. The newly instated Governor of West Guyana was on his way to sign a treaty with the British. One of the most popular men in Guyana and always a big supporter of Caudillo. Almaz was the best choice to lead West Guyana of course voting would take place but no one else would run against Almaz successfully. The convoy that Governor Almaz rode in was making way to George Town expected to arrive in a matter of minutes. Almaz had received direct orders from Caudillo to sign the treaty then to quickly leave, work in West Guyana was to start imeditaly already plans had been set forward to improve the Economic and living standards.

The convoy arrived as Almaz and his small entourage stepped out of the armored limo. Making their way to the Presidential Palace for the treaty could quickly be signed.

11 November 2058. Georgetown, Guyana

Peyton had just got off the Phone with the Emperor himself. In their brief conversation the Emperor had asked Peyton to sign the Treaty as Commander of the British and Imperial armed Forces. An order had just been sent to all armed forces in Guyana that they would be evacuated to either Trinidad and tobago or Africa by mid-day on the 11th of November. Peyton was now standing on the front steps of the Presidential Palace in full turquoise military uniform. A number of armed guards stood near Peyton incase the GRSA tried anything. The GRSA limosine was now in sight as it curved around the drive way and stopped at the foot of the steps.

*The NATO forces in the two countries stop their retreat and begin a defensive operation. They enter into the nearest towns near the border of Slovakia and bunker down. Meanwhile the NATO airforce begins pounding the invading Vergenskians.*

*The Austrians where completely caught off guard. For at least a hundred years thier nation had been militarily neutral. Now the Vergenskians had just gone and invaded them! Austria did have a military however and it was soon begining to try to defend their land. Meanwhile Thousands of German troops where coming to the aid of the Austrian brothers, ready to sacrifice everything to protect the soverignty of fellow Germans.*

10 November, 2058. Turkey
*The NATO troops in Turkey, expecting a Vergenskian attack, where more prepared then the troops in Central Europe. Having troops already prepared for an attack proved effective as AA guns began shooting down Vergenskian fighter jets and defenses near the sea tried to push back any amphibious landings.*

*The President of Russia, Anatoly Harkov, watched the events unraveling in Central and Eastern Europe. Fearing that his nation might be next he orders the borders be closed and troops put on guard.*

Minsk, Russia
*As the events in Europe reach the ears of the Russians in Minsk, the people grow angry. Angry at the Vergenskians for preforming attacks against their neighbors. Angry that Vergenskia was planning to take over all of Central and Eastern Europe. And Angry that the 'Imperialist pigs' where still in their nation. Soon the people took up arms and began attacking any Vergenskian who was part of the occupation force assaigned to Russia after the Fourth World War.*

*Meanwhile in Ukraine, similar uprisings begin, against the government which was at the time a Vergenskian puppet regime.*

11 November 2058. Icelandic Parliament

Governor Oskar Campbell sat in his red leather chair, reading reports that the Norweigans were growing angry at the take over of Svalbard. This situation had to be resolved with haste. After a small telegram was sent to High Command and consequently the Emperor the Governor began running through his options. He would never be allowed to give up Svalbard to the Norweigans so negotiations had to begin soon. A message pinged up on his computer screen,

"The Emperor requests you to begin video negotiations immedietly. Before any agreements are made check with High command. The conversation is being transmitted through High Command."

After reading the message he noticed a large 52" TV being wheeled in and positioned in front of him. A webcam was fixed to the top. The Governor felt highly unprepared yet knew what he had to do. The television sceen burst into life and an image of the Norweigan PM appeared on the screen. The Governor cleared his throat,

Almaz went through the diplomatic and formal greetings that were required at such events as this one he was currently attending. When the time came to sign the treaty Almaz withdrew a pen from his pocket and signed the treaty as Governor Almaz of Western Guyana. With his part done with he looked at the British Admiral to finish his part by signing his name. Almaz thought to himself that the GRSA would eventually control all of Guyana but only time would tell.

As Governor Almaz signed the treaty Lord Admiral Peyton wiped sweat from his Forehead. He withdrew his gold and silver plated pen and signed the Document. As he wrote his name he though of how much of a struggle the next few years would be between east and west, but he would be victorious controling the heart land and majority of the population of Guyana. He finished the final letters of "Peyton" and the contract was complete.

Caudillo studied the report of the economic state of Western Guyana although they lacked the major population centers one thing they did mostly control was the mineral wealth of Guyana. Another thought that Caudillo had was the forest that Western Guyana controlled which could be used for tourism capital. The exotic animals and natural beautiful could draw people to Western Guyana resulting in hotels and money flowing into Western Guyana. Caudillo had already convinced many wealthy individuals and companies to invest in the building and strengthening of the Western Guyana economy. On top of that would be the GRSA aid that would be spent in Western Guyana to help in reconstruction and improvement of the nation.

Governor Almaz received authorization to begin basic voting to elect mayors and district representatives in Western Guyana. Parades were held as the rebel fighters who opposed British forces were held as hero's of Guyana. It had become common knowledge that these men and women would be rewarded and given personal aid to reward them for their courage against a invading force. Already
Western Guyana was seeing changes as towns were being planned and sites selected to build these planned working towns. Decent and quality living would be a basic right for the citizens of Western Guyana this was one of the goals of Governor Almaz in making his homeland a leading member of the GRSA.

12 November 2058. Eastern/British Guyana

A sigh of relief was felt throughout Eastern Guyana as the GRSA forces left. The people of commercial Eastern Guyana were pleased that a British takeover opposed to a GRSA takeover had taken place. At 1pm the previous day a broadcast message had been sent out over Eastern Guyanan Radio and TV telling the people of rapid change and improvement over the following month. Already supplies from British Africa and Britain were being shipped out to build a vast state of the art dock and a Grand Victorian/Edwardian style HQ for the ICC and Government. All railways and roads had been cut between east/west and a reinforced concrete and steel wall (5 metres high) was going to be built by January. High Command believed that the ICC would contribute to 95% of British Guyana's total income and in itself would be a 500% boost to the previous economy. Plans made by imperial and local architects were being drawn up to rebuild Georgetown into the Financial capital of the Southern Hemisphere. This City would be the Gateway to Africa, Britain, South america, and the caribbean shortly. The other 3 cities would also benifit British rule as they were to be converted into utopian paradisies for the workers of Georgetown to work as soon the capital would be converted to 100% business properties and the outer slums would be ripped down and the occupants be given a new, superior home and an education in Finance, commerce, and the ICC.

Tanks slam through blockades and bombers crater the ground. The last time the world saw such a fast offensive, was the German Army in World War II. No one was spared if they dare stand up against the might of the Vergenskian Army. If anyone raised a firearm to a man, they were torn to bits.
