"And building a snow dragon is quite hard, especially if you have the wings spread." Pondera said.

"Let's go and do it" Carol said "It would be a waste to sit inside with all of that snow outside"

Pondera snapped his fingers, bundling them all up quite nicely.

"Lead the way." he said.

Carol led them out the back garden
"So where do we start?" She asked

"First we build a large mound of snow. This will serve as the body." Jezeel said.

She and Pondera got started, pushing snow together to build a large mound of snow.

Soon, Jezeel began sculpting the body. Using a tiny amount of normal flame, she was actually melting the snow, and allowing the cold to refreeze it into solid ice. The legs and body began to take shape into a generic Ice dragon.

"Charlie, you and Carol work out the tail and left wing. Remember, tiny amounts of flame. Make it on the ground, sculpt it, then fuse the tail to the body, making sure the connection is strong enough to hold. Pondera and I will work the head and neck." Jezeel said.

"Okay Jezeel" Charlie said, he and Carol got to work on the tail first, once that was done they moved on to the left wing

Soon enough, once the pieces were carefully afixed to the body, they had a nice sculpture of an Ice Dragon sitting in the yard. It wasn't particularly big, but it was noticable.

"That's a fine Ice Sculpture" Charlie said Admiring their work "There's just one bit missing"
He Scooped up a handfull of snow

"This!" He said, throwing it at Pondera

Pondera laughed.

"You do know that this means WAR!" He declared.

Then he threw a handful back at Charlie. Jezeel heroically blocked it.

"No one gets to him without going through me. Whiteshadows versus Millers, no magic or breath." She declared.

Then she threw a snowballs at both Pondera and Carol, while Pondera threw a pair at her and Charlie.

While keeping up salvos of snowballs, and laughing, he eyed the dragon and considered animating it.

Pondera threw a snowball at Jezeel and caught her in the face. Infact, his aim was so excellent, he caught her right in the mouth, causing her to cough and breath bits of flame to warm her throat back up.

"Whoops, sorry." Pondera apologize.

"That's ok, you're forgiven." Jezeel said.

"Charlie?" Jezeel asked, then a snowball got her and down she went too.

"The winners!" Pondera declared.

"Yeah" Carol said Punching the air "I've finally won a snowball fight against Charlie"

Charlie picked himself up from the ground and brushed the snow off himself

"It's all that military training and adventuring." Pondera said.

Jezeel leapt to her feet.

"Just think if Charlie and I could control Ice like we could fire, it would've been a whole 'nother ballgame." She said.

"Oh yeah? I dare you to come on The Network back home and try it." Pondera said.

"Oh, a challange Eh?" Charlie said "Well If that's the way it is we accept."

"What say you Carol, a few days from now once the holidays are over and we're all settled? A trip to Morpheus's Pleasure Dome to settle this thing?" Pondera asked.

"Oooh, Morpheus's Pleasure Dome, that's one hell of a fun place." Jezeel commented.

"Sure, Let's do it" Carol said "It's bound to be fun"

"And now, a bit of fun." Pondera said.

The Ice sculpture came to life and played around in the snow.

Charlie chuckled
"Now that's a proper Ice Dragon" He said

"Yeah, too bad he'll melt and die when spring comes." Pondera said.

"Aww, seems such a shame." Jezeel said.
