I suggest making a requirement that nations below 100+ are not accepted untill the 100 million + population has been reached therefore to ensure the maturity of each nation applying to be a member state of this organisation is not a noob and that for the sake of being a member state, no nation would go around declaring war against nations based on their idelogies since as stated in the charter, this organisation is about peace and cooperation in the level of politics, economics and through military cooperation ensuring that the level of security is adequate and that peace is present. Therefore i believe that Broheczia shouldn't be accepted into this organisation or else it will be filled up with just noobs who do not know how to role play or do not know and will just declare war on practically any nation and then this organisation will not be taken serious by anyone.

For the sake of this organisation to be taken serious and for it to prosper, do not let in noobs or those below 100 million+ unless they can prove to be worth while and they can prove their maturity and that they can RP properly.
