The baycosan paramilitary force "BHDM" (Baycosan Homeland Democratic Movement) have captured Baycosas capital "Cann" along with several key cities in the barren eastern regions. The movement claim absolute power over the country and the arrest of the former isolationist goverment is met with a uncertain shock from the local populance in this small nation as they seem to have no idea what will come of this.

After going over the latest news released from across the world I have come across one from your nation about a Military Insurrection. We find it deeply disturbing that a nations military would want to cause an insurrection just because they do not like the nations policy of being an isolationist nation. The Shazbotdom Empire was Isolationist for many decades, until we as a nation felt that it was in our best interest to make ourselves known to the International Community. We feel that this need for a nations military to forcibly take control of a government is unnessicary and against the basic rights of a Nations Soverignty.

The current Miliary Juncta in charge of your nation should run a poll of the populace in order to figure out what THEY want to do, and then go along with the wishes of the people, not your own disturbed vision of what a national government should be. If nessicary, the Shazbotdom Empire will become available to assist with bringing food and medical supplies to any civilians that need these supplies. We will also take political refugees that your current 'illegal' government doesn't want within your nation, such as the former leadership and any of their supporters. We can have a fleet of aircraft awaiting to come pick up these people from within your national boarders if it is so nessicary.

I will again urge the current administration and leadership of your nation to consider what we have stated and make your decision known to us as soon as possible.

People of the world, for too long our nation has struggled under the bonds and chains of isolationism put on us by our incompetent leaders. For generations we have been forced to witness our nation and society starve and die thanks to our leaders policy of self-reliance, because of them and thier self imposed embargo, the vital vitamins and fertilizers we need for our fields stopped coming to our shores and our fields stayed empty.

The 20 high-level delegates arrived to the Cann International Airport in Baycosa, along with 10 bodyguards. Greeted with numerous news photographers and a few translators, the lead delegate, Francisco Garcia, spoke on the mic of the news reporters and said, "I am pleased to be welcomed to Baycosa with such a crowd, but I am not here to be famous, rather I am here to make history between the Dynasty and Baycosa." The Leocardian diplomats later marched into their assigned vehicles and directed their travel to the Office of International Relations in Cann.

As Baycosas uniformed police force were currently remodeled, voulenteer milita units from "Baycosas National Homeguards" were patrolling the streets of Cann, it was a pleasant day in the capital though somewhat windy. As summer seemed to come early, people were sitting outside the cafés, traffic was low and many had turned their attention on the television sets on the story of the diplomatic arrivals.

Rovemth Wahl was the current administrator of Canns Office of International Relations, he was a former veteran of the coup d'at a few months back and got his office on the pure grounds that his unit captured the building that was now his office. Construction workers were still working on the renovations and for now he was just passing time until the diplomatic arrivals came, he was actually pretty entusiastic about it. On the wall hung a picture of himself along with two friends of his former unit, they were standing in front of a burnt out tank with a visible smile on thier faces.

The vehicles with the Dynasty's flag flew on the radio antennas. The black cars, with dark-tinted windows, and bodyguards soon getting out quick from the first car to escort the delegates inside the building. The arrival came out clean and the delegates were once again greeted by press coverage. Each diplomat waved at the camera before walking straight to the doors of the Cann Office.

As Garcia walked into the Baycosan Office, he saw the man he was looking for. "Hello, Mr. Wahl, I am Francisco Garcia of the Dynastic Republic. My staff and I are here to make history," he said with a warm smile. "So far, I love Baycosa." He reached for a red envelope and took it out from his shirt, "This is my gift to you, the Lions Certificate of New Friends."

Rovemth Wahl reached out of his chair and accepted the gift, hed had never been granted an honour by a foreigner before. He laid the envelope by the phone to open it at a good moment. For now he had 20 people in his office that he had never met before and he had to keep this in good fashioned order.

"Welcome to Baycosa, now is there a leader or someone with responsibility for this delegation?" He said in a mild tone of voice.

A little embarrassed, Garcia spoke out, "That would be me, your honor. Let me introduce to you my staff." He went on naming the other 19 delegates, and their titles and reasons why they were selected to be sent to Baycosa to hold high-level talks, for their service in helping the enemy receive medical assistance after being shot in the middle of the battlefield.

Garcia motioned his hand to his staff and walked in to a private room with Wahl. The room was white, but roomy. A table and two chairs stood presence.

"Now what is your full purpose for this visit, I need to make this official in script."

Out from Garcia's suitcase, he grabbed a large orange envelope. Enclosed were bundles of printed papers. He handed the envelope to Wahl.

"These are our interest in Baycosa. We want access to ports, and possibly make a free trade agreement."

Garcia also took out a piece of paper from a binder from the suitcase and a pen.

"Personally, I want the Dynasty to give benefits to Baycosa more than we get back from your country."

He took out a map of Leocardia and Baycosa, and marked several locations along the map.

"These are Leocardian elite infantry training camps. Our utmost, best soldiers are trained in these very locations."

He turned to focus on the Baycosan map. "These locations in Baycosa are in terrains that Leocardia doesn't have. We show very high interest in possibly constructing a training base there. If you let us through, we will train 15,000 Baycosan soldiers a year, free of charge, funds provided directly from the Dynasty. We will only allow up to 5,000 Dynastic Warriors to train in that base a year, and if you wish, you may use those 5,000 Warriors as soldiers of your own during times of emergency and crisis."

Garcia walked out of the room and joined with his other delegates. It would be in the next two days that there will be official wording with the leader of Baycosa.
