After the fall of the dictatorial regime that ruled The Sacred Empire of Iberia, a separatist group achieved the so acclaimed independence and founded the Free Lands of Utoopya. This new-born country had a pacific political life for 6 months whilst it was being ruled by the Provisional Government but, after this amount of time, several revolutionary organizations were established and started a civil war.
These are the factions involved in the conflict:
- Utoopyan Army (UA) – Defend the Democratic Socialist Regime
- Trotskyist Revolutionary Brigades of Utoopya (TRBU) – Support a Trotskyist Revolution. Don’t get along well with CFU-ml.
- Communist Front of Utoopya – Marxist Leninist (CFU-ml) – Sustain a Marxist-Leninist Revolution. Don’t get along well with TRBU. Support terrorism.
- Army for a New Democracy (AND) – A fascist faction

Every leader of each faction asks international support for their causes. If there is a faction that will not be supported, it may disappear.

On the horizon, thousands of ships littered the sea. Ships from across the spectrum amassed at ports across the world. Obelisk like warships were behemoths in the clutter of ships. Over four million soldiers had assembled with billions worth of war machines necessary to maintain a position of total war. Steady streams of soldiers, in monolithic fashion uttered nothing as they made their way to ultimate destruction. Political leaders addressed their outrage over the monarch shutting down Parliamentary powers in response of this grave threat to humanity. Protests were staged, and mass riots took place in response to the Adjudicative Mandate for war.

Propaganda leaflets fell like raindrops, corporate sponsored speakers echoed governmental transmissions, claiming of what must be done to preserve the human race, and not let it die in chaos. Other false claims, of them presenting threats against the nexus, and using communism as a whipping boy were the primary motivation for mass mobilizations. Fleets were composed of all instrument necessary and then some, as their destinations were marked toward Uttopya, Reygo, and a standby fleet was prepared for Sufforia, should they not comply with the demands.

Factories across the Nexus, began mass developments, while leaders met with the Agians, Amazonians, Abruzians regarding lend-lease deals to specific military strategies dealing with the belligerent nations. Noros himself had commissioned the possibility of conscription should it become necessary, however for now it remained in the hands of the all volunteer force. Soldiers, breathing heavily in NBC gear, with their faces contorting slowly with each deep breath would be prepared for war after years of peace. Throughout, corporate mercenaries were enlisted by the government to aid the cause of devasatation.

Certain Pharmaceutical giants, under the guise of front companies in corroboration with the Brewdomian Intelligence Network, had developed mass containers of chemical and biological weapons, for future wars. Now it had seemed, the time had come. Careful refrigerated ships and aircraft flew the weapons under mass escorts to prevent accidents and deflect any potential threats to the containers.

The palace stood atop a mountain peak, it’s shining features reflecting the sunlight. Here lied the Adjudicator’s summer retreat, in the Nacros mountains and close to the Osthafen border. Thousands of agents, impeccably dressed in their suits and sunglasses watched over the Adjudicator as he debated the numerous war plans with his close council of advisors and his top military generals.

“They are perverse, Why we had not thought of this earlier amazes me” scoffed the Brewdomian monarch his cigar resting between his chapped lips.

“Has it all been assembled?”

A small lean figure, whose uniform was bathed in a rainbow array of ribbons and numerous colors replied quietly “Yes, sir. Your order has been implemented.”
