Welcome to the Imperial Commonwealth,

The Imperial Commonwealth is an international-governmental organization of independent member states who trust in and support monarchical forms of government. The values of democracy, human rights, rule of law, multilateralism are the guiding light which direct the will of the commonwealth and all its members. As times change, people look beyond the charm of term politicians and to the everlasting grace of their sovereign. Divine right is not only to govern without restriction but to allow the sovereign to serve their people without hinder. It is through the Imperial Commonwealth that monarchies of the world may stand united in their convictions.

Temporary Imperial Commonwealth Constitution

The Imperial Commonwealth is to unify nations who derive there leadership through a line of succession and legitimized by birth. Support from each state is drawn for a desire to establish successful relations on the economic, cultural, scientific, political and military front. It is the duty of all members to promote and support sovereign rule throughout the world.

A.Membership
All those who wish for membership must have their head of state and/or head of government vested in a monarch, as are nations who support and promote the key values of the imperial commonwealth. Each member-state must adhere to all terms and conditions as outlined by the Imperial Commonwealth Constitution.
-All members must supply a yearly $ 200million membership fee
-All members must supply a minimum of 5000 troops to the Imperial Commonwealth Defense Forces to ensure membership

A.Imperial High Commissioner
The Imperial high commissioner is the official head of the Imperial Commonwealth. The imperial high commissioner is elected for a 6 year term by the reigning monarchs of the member states which is conducted through a secret ballet. While in office, the imperial high commissioner is the supreme governor of all Imperial Commonwealth business. No mandate, bill, resolution or binding action may be recognized by the Imperial Commonwealth without the endorsed by the imperial high commissioner. B.Lord Ambassador
The lord ambassador is the official foreign affairs officer of the entire Imperial Commonwealth and advises the imperial high commissioner on diplomatic issues. The lord ambassador is appointed by the imperial high commissioner for a 3 year term, with confidence of the Commonwealth Council, and may be dismissed by the imperial high commissioner. It is the responsibility of the lord ambassador to act as liaison to member states. In the event the imperial high commissioner may not execute their responsibilities, the lord ambassador will act as administrator until a new imperial high commissioner is announced. C.Lord Chancellor
The lord chancellor is responsible for all financial activities within the Imperial Commonwealth and advises the imperial high commissioner on economic issues. The lord chancellor is head of the Imperial Treasury and is appointed by the imperial high commissioner, with the confidence of the Commonwealth Council, for a 3 year term but may be dismissed imperial high commissioner at anytime. D.Lord General
The lord general is the commanding general of the Imperial Defense Force, chairmen of the Defense Council and advises the imperial high commissioner on issues of military nature. The lord general is appointed for a 3 year term solely by the imperial high commissioner and may be dismissed solely by the imperial high commissioner. It is the responsibility of the lord general to oversee all military occupations conducted in the name of the commonwealth and ensure they are followed through with integrity and legally. E.Lord Speaker
The lord speaker is the moderator of the Commonwealth Council and chairs all meeting of the council. The lord speaker is elected by the council at the start of the new session and serves for the entire duration. It is the responsibility of the lord speakers to ensure all meetings run to order and follow all protocol and procedure. F.Imperial Lord Justice
The lord justice is the chief judge of the Imperial Commonwealth Court(ICC) and is appointed by imperial high commissioner but may be dismissed by the Commonwealth Council. A.Commonwealth Council
The Commonwealth Council is the main deliberative body of the Imperial Commonwealth where all motions must be floored in order for it to be considered by the council. The lord speaker is to preside over all meetings and each member-state is invited to send a single of delegation of 6 individuals to set the meetings. All special committees, agencies and departments are derived from the council.

B.Defense Council
The Defense Council is the military advisor board of the Imperial Commonwealth. The council is chaired by the lord general and consist of military representation from each member state. The reserve power of the council includes the ability to override all military operations after a declaration of war has already been sanctioned by the imperial high commissioner.

C.Imperial Treasury
The Imperial Treasury is the monetary body of the Imperial Commonwealth and is run by the lord chancellor. Membership of the of treasury is limited to individuals who have served as officials of finance within their home state. The main duty of the Imperial Treasury is to oversee all financial expenditures of the Imperial Commonwealth, qualify loan requested by member states and account of all Imperial Commonwealth assets.

D.Imperial Commonwealths Court
The ICC is the judicial branch of the Imperial Commonwealth and is headed by the imperial lord justices and 6 other lord justices of the court. All disputes between member states that can not be resolved will be taken by the ICC who will come to a judgement through interpretation of the Imperial Commonwealth Constitution and the rule of law of the member states.

A.Voting
i)Each member state is awarded a single vote within the Commonwealth Council. Regardless size or influence, every nation receives 1 vote on a given issue.
ii)A motion can only be passed with the confidence of 50% < of the council
iii)A member may waive their right to vote on a issue
iv)In the case of dead lock, the lord speaker will break all ties
