I was thinking of an european powers roleplay... Were you create an empire, And can form colonies, etc...
Only europe, The middle east, Africa, And russia are places you can control.
There are many fractions, But some have special bonuses.... But those depend on what the players think... We need a map....

I say Spain gets the best navy. If not for their stupidity to have gold on all of their ships, they could have beaten England in that naval battle.

Military:if about 50 million 500,000 soldiers, 300,000 men and 200 ships, and 200,000 defencive troops. 2%. if about 100 million. 1,000,000 soldiers, 500,000 men and 350 ships, and 500,000 defencive troops. 2%.
