there's the problem in your post, you basicly said:

give me troops, then i can declare massive wars and stuff! oh, and you'll be classed as my country because your military will function under my indirect command and attacks on you class as attacks on me and vice-versa, therefore i can instantly outlaw and conquer any country i want as my own if they join and aren't nice to me, or i want thier nation for fun.
