EOF Chapter 2: An Enemy Known (OOC/Regional)

On the 15th Voy sealed the fate of the country forever. Newron Voy declares war against the world in a last ditch attempt to control the continent and reclaim Donnish Territory. As that happens Coalition Forces begin their movements to stop the madman in power and prevent the war from going any farther. Ethnic Minorities within the country now suffer as they are hunted down, killed or arrested with untold more horrors unleashed as the entire country is declared a "hunting ground".
But these events are only on the surface, below Voy loses his military approval secretly as top Generals and Officers plan a coup to save the country but continue to fight a war to continue its survival until the opportune time. Meanwhile the Kaisarine is missing and is possibly kidnapped somewhere in the country, Special Forces enter the country to save Kaisarine Sigbritt.
If you've gotten through the slog that is the first Chapter of this, congrats, welcome to the exciting fun part. This chapter will focus more on the war aspect than characters, however Character RP will still be apart of this. New and old arcs are welcomed and needed in order to advance story lines left off in Chapter 1 and start new ones. Overall this will be the chapter that decides if the country lives or dies and future events.
The war will progress in a series of battles one at a time for each party involved. For example; Saurahgt will be between Donner Land and Coalition Forces, Modena between DEN and allies Versus Donner Land and so on. This is in order to keep things organized and for a trackable series of events. I will keep track of these below in a part called "Campaigns" and go more in depth of this new system.
The primary objective of the Donnish Forces is to secure Modena, Novokraina, Vanquaria and Helghan for domination of the continent. In order for the Coalition, Namenian, Novokrainian and IWA armies to win they must be within range of attacking the Capital of Bögt with Land and Air forces and capable of taking it, this is their primary objective. If either objective is fulfilled, we will move onto Chapter 3.
Secondary Objectives will be Character RP Arcs, I will go more in depth below.

Campaigns
Campaigns is a new system I will be implementing and testing in this RP. The way it will work is each Faction will have a campaign, the campaign's battles will be recorded. Once the campaign is over (by either side achieving their objective after a number of battles) they will begin a new campaign and decide a new objective. I will help with any questions.
Triggers
These are the requirements that must be fulfilled for a victory or defeat or other thing.
Donnish Victory: Allied Forces are kept into or pushed out Soraught. IWA and Novokraina are on the defensive and Modena is occupied under Donnish control
Donnish Defeat: Bögt is taken and held and most of its cities are under control or under threat of being taken by enemy forces.
Civil War Begins: 6 out of 7 cities are taken or under threat of being taken. The Donnish Military split and the half under control of General Vanzen Keenes believe that hope is lost and turn on Voy in order to preserve the country from any more destruction.
